Subject: Charles Star's marriage certificate
HI
I have a very confusing family history situation with the above. I
have just received his marriage certificate to Maria Goody in NSW and it
states that Charles Star was born in Victoria ( he was 24 in 1861).
On his son's birth certificate it states Charles was born in Cambridge
(England) and also on his death certificate it say's born in Cambridge,
lived in NSW for 40 years (in 1897 Temora NSW)
I'm trying to work out why he (or whoever) stated that he was born in
Victoria and his parents are John Star (A farmer ) and ANN WRIGHT. Mary
Wright is listed as mother on his death certificate.
I'm just so lost now as nothing is adding up with this being Charles
Starr from Foxton Cambridgeshire mother Ann LOKER and father John STARR.
Help please any clues or suggestions. Kindest regards Dianna
