FREMANTLE

Drunk and Threatening Language. Patrick Murphy was charged with
having been drunk, and also with having used threatening language to
Alex. Ahern. It was stated that Murphy was intoxicated when he went
to work on Tuesday, and Ahern refused to let him take charge of a
lorry. Murphy then became abusive, and threatened to break up Ahern,
together with the office furniture. He was fined 15s., in default
10 days imprisonment.
