How can you be truely be loooking for diversity if the postition you are
offering is VOLUNTEER? For a professional postion??? Many of us with
physcial disabilites have high medical expenses and don't have the luxury
of "volunteering" for six months, and neither do most of the low-income
women I know. We have children to feed and life and wheelchairs to buy
Sounds like another wealthy white women's organization to me.

(As far as your board being volunteer..most boards I know of in
non-profits are anyway, but it's not fulltime work)
