Could somebody tell me what she said, please?
Thank you,
John.

Sorry, my sensibility prevents me from repeating the sexually
offensive remarks made by Cerys Matthews, the Welsh lead singer of the
cult band Catatonia. They were of a personal nature referring to Sian
Lloyd during a celebration party held by the Yes-vote campaigners.

Sian has accepted an apology from S4C for the remarks made during
their live coverage of the Welsh referendum results.

I do not know if Cerys, herself, has apologised. There seems to be a
marked reluctance among some Welsh nationals to admit when they are in
the wrong and simply apologise.

When asked what she thought the result would be, she said that she only
really wanted to know one thing "who's shaging Sian Lloyd tonight?". She
was drunk.

Well if she was drunk she'd be in with a chance, shame about the lack of
dangly bits though.

Aw, I still like Cerys. She's taking a bit of heat for that silly little
remark?

OK, who _is_ shagging Sian Lloyd tonight?
Who's shagging Cerys Matthews tonight?
Who's shagging Gwyneth Ellis tonight?
Who's shagging Gwydion apGurnad tonight?
Who's shagging Llew Thomas tonight?

Who?

Oh, damn. :)

I'm only having a bit of a laff ...

Alright, back to Welsh culture. Although when I arrived in Dolgellau
this last trip, a nice
fellow at the Cross Keys informed me that Welsh culture is drinking at
day and shagging at night.

Or something. :)

Cerys said something like,

"That's all very well, but what we all want to know is who's
going to shag Sian Lloyd".
