FAT ASS Trịnh Q. Thiên, CAN YOU STAND UP?

Tên ăn trộm Thiến Heo giả mạo luật sư, lần đầu tiên hầu tòa, ăn nói
mất dạy, mỗi lần nói với quan tòa ngồi ì đó. Tòa đếch hiểu nó muốn nói
cái gì.

Court security officer nhiều lần phải bảo nó đứng lên:

THE COURT: And your -- and what are you trying to do here? Why don't
you stand up when you talk to the Court? That's rule number 1. I mean,
Mr. Tran, you are an attorney, right -- or at least you claim to be? I
don't know what the facts are going to show.

COURT SECURITY OFFICER: Sir, stand up.

THE COURT: Are you an attorney?

MR. TRAN: I'm a law petitioner --

THE COURT: All right.

MR. TRAN: -- patent law petitioner.

THE COURT: I don't know exactly what that means and I guess that's an
issue in the trial. But you are expected to conduct yourself the same
way that an attorney would in this court. And I think you should know,
if you are a law practitioner, that you have to observe certain
things. Number one, you stand up when you address the Court.

MR. TRAN: Right.
...
THE COURT: They are paraphrased but -- so, Mr. Tran, can you tell me
what part of your original complaint do these statements that you are
trying to now include -- what part of your original complaint does
that pertain to?

MR. TRAN: I think the evidence number 3 --

COURT SECURITY OFFICER: Sir, could you stand up please?

MR. TRAN: (Complied with the request.) Yes.
...
THE COURT: That's where we are at. No point in doing it twice. All
right. Any other preliminary matters?
(No response from Mr. TRAN)

THE COURT: Are we ready for the Jury?

MR. TRAN: I think they brought up some motions in my mind --

COURT SECURITY OFFICER: Sir, you need to stand up.
...
MR. TRAN: Objection.

THE COURT: What's your objection.

COURT SECURITY OFFICER: Sir, stand up please.

MR. TRAN: Okay. Okay. (Complied with the request.)

THE COURT: What's your objection?

MR. TRAN: I think I resigned a long time ago. I not --

THE COURT: That's not a proper objection.
...
MR. TRAN: Objection.

THE COURT: What's your objection?

MR. TRAN: That that's a --

COURT SECURITY OFFICER: Sir, stand up.

THE COURT: I'm sorry?

MR. TRAN: That's a defamation on the profession. It's irrelevant.

THE COURT: Okay. Overruled. Any other questions for this witness?
MR. TRAN: Not really.
