Thiến Heo hay thiến bò, Mr. Thien Tran, I don't care, but you have to
stand up when you talk to the Court. Do you understand?
- What is your profession, Mr. Thien Tran?
- My profession is Pig Castration.
===============================================
THE COURT: And your -- and what are you trying to do here? Why don't
you stand up when you talk to the Court? That's rule number 1. I mean,
Mr. Tran, you are an attorney, right -- or at least you claim to be? I
don't know what the facts are going to show.
COURT SECURITY OFFICER: Sir, stand up.
THE COURT: Are you an attorney?
MR. TRAN: I'm a law petitioner --
THE COURT: All right.
MR. TRAN: -- patent law petitioner.
THE COURT: I don't know exactly what that means and I guess that's an
issue in the trial. But you are expected to conduct yourself the same
way that an attorney would in this court. And I think you should know,
if you are a law practitioner, that you have to observe certain
things.
