The following article was taken from a Vietnamese Newspaper Hanoi
Moi : The New Hanoi, Hanoi being the capital of Vietnam.
It was the translation of an article by the center right English
newspaper, the Telegraph.
Having no access to either the print version or the on line version of
the Telegraph, El Chino used the Translation Engine of Google to
translate the article in Vietnamese. The result was very good. It
could be that the article in Vietnamese of Hanoi Moi was also Google
Engine Translated into Vietnamese, edited then printed.
It is amazing what new technology can do.
The US is still light year ahead of China in new technology so El
Chino is reassured.
