This coming weekend, there will be a workshop on Vietnamese boat
people in search of a humane solution.
I would like to invite all of those in the Washington DC area (or
on visit in the area) to participate. If you cannot, please pass
the word to your friends who can.
The workshop will be informative and action-oriented.
The rare collection of paintings on display is unique. It comes from
artists who are not in the camps. Their gruesome quality creates
cramps in viewers. The collection has been displayed in many
places in the United States. Most recently, it was on display
on Capitol Hill for two weeks this Summer.
Please come and contribute your ideas, time and resources.
Cordially,
Thang
