The interested parties concern must first agree to Abritration....
before the Court of Arbitration can hear their claims.
One important consideration is ...who will be the judges. The
panel of judges must be unbias...fair and above political influence.
The current panel of judges are mostly from Western countries..
their values are bias for the Philippines a US puppet (the US
have clout to influence their decision for the Phillipines).
Since the matter involved only Asian countries, is it possible
to have judges from Asia (not from US puppet states in Asia) ?
...say judges from ex-Soviet states in Asia.
Another consideration...by subjecting themselves to the
jugement of the court of Arbitrations...will mean accepting
a power above their countries..it demeans their sovereignity.

It’s barely a month to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and all eyes are
on whether the Chinese authorities can clear the air pollution in time
for the Games. A recent check by The Sunday Times showed that air
pollution around the Olympic stadium in Beijing, the Bird’s Nest, is
more than five times worse than the safe standards set by the World
Health Organisation.
The Chinese officials are working on the situation and trying to cut
air pollution by closing polluting factories, restricting cars on the
road and limiting construction activities. This is reported in the
Reuters news below.
