Yes, but these last two did work for Kleiner and Sexton. They are the
Bre-X of the internet world .. work for them, and you'll find yourself
being pushed out of a helicopter.

Nobody really ever works "for" me, people however work "with" me -- it's a
big difference. Idiosyntactix functions as a collective, it's not really a
business, at least at this stage, I work for my employers, like you know
the whole day job thing, I'm a systems analyst for an american construction
management firm, it has nothing to do with Idiosyntactix. Idiosyntactix
does not make money or employ anybody.
Sexton and I have no formal business relationship outside of he is my ISDN
service provider. Not that I would avoid working with Richard.
Allisat never worked "for" me or "with" me, he just came to several of my
meetings whined and behaved erratically, he did take minutes at some TFCN
meetings, but that's hardly enough to get him pushed out of a helicopter.
Anyway, I'm not trying to spoil your joke, it was funny, I laughed, I'm
just compelled to dispel any rumours that Gard or Bob were employed by me
at anytime. They chose to work on mutually interesting projects and then
went crazy, well in Gard's case it's probably temporary and in Bob's case,
well -- he was crazy before. I just had no idea how crazy he could really
be. I've certainly learned a lesson.

Peter, with all due respect, you may be right, but I'm not wrong.
All I'm voicing here is the discomfort felt by a majority of T.P.'ers
(recognizable by the almost nonexistent posts) and already voiced by a few.
In any case, Quirk is a big boy now and he can speak for himself, his
rights and his freedoms. He can't speak for the rights of others, though,
because he doesn't seem to recognize them any rights (read, the right to be
treated according to the guidelines recommended by netiquette).
Is it that hard to omit one of the 8 newsgroups!? Why not omit a
newsgroup where this thread is unwelcome and out of context!?
I thought this was a civilized society where one's rights don't push
aside other people's rights...being civilized includes having the common
sense necessary to recognize that while manure may belong and be very
useful in a bed of flowers it doesn't belong in the living room (at
least, not in my living room!).
Common sense, respect for other people (T.P.'ers) and established
guidelines (netiquette) seem to be lacking.
I am not requesting that people stop posting (nor can I), and I am not
requesting sensorship (nor can I).
This has a simple solution...inform people of the fact (so they can
follow the thread in another newsgroup) and remove the newsgroup from the
header as requested.

I have never accused anyone of posting porn. I only accused people of
mis-using the TFN. True, Sasha's page at first had a non-working link to
promised sex sites, but, well, it never - to my knowledge - was active.
