Jury nullification constitutes the proposition that the jury may disregard the law as provided by the trial court and instead decide a case based upon considerations that have no legal justification, such as the race, character, or status of either the victim or the accused.

The major issue concerning the 2024 election will be the continued prosecution of the Ukrainian war effort.

If it were not for the simple fact that Joe Biden has a Ukrainian war to finance with borrowed money, perhaps I would be all fired up to prosecute Trump and never see him in offoce again. However, Joe Biden reignited the Cold War while playing nucleaar Russian roulette with Russia.

OK, Putin is not that crazy and will not take thee bait and use nuclear weapons., unless . . .
Well, see . . . It takes two to tango and Joe Biden IS provoking a nuclear war with both Russia and China. Relations are that bad and using the predominant US legal and political status while being indebted to SOMEBODY for over 32 trillion, one could predict an end to the USA easy street.

OK, Biden's DOJ has some successful indictments which may be true or valid, but what if the public really doesn't want Trump to be convicted by Biden's DOJ? What if one juror decides to exercise the right of jury nullification so as to prevent a conviction? Defense lawyers are not allowed by law to suggest to the jury that it has the rigth to exercise jury nullification with regard to the prosecuted law.
If Trump is on coourse to be voted in as the next US President because Biden has failed to please the nation, then there is a good chance that he will not be convicted because one juror decides to exercise his right to rule Trump not guilty in spite of any proof of the charges.

I say this not because I believe that Trump did not do what the prosecution proves he did. I believe he did and the charges are true and valid. I also believe that there is a high probability that if US is disposed to elect Trump as the next President, hen there is also a high probability that the jury, like the US Senate did, will acquit him of the charges by use of the jury nullificaation process. I believe Trump is counting on this likelihood.

Were it not for the aggravated possibilities of being dragged into an actual nuclear war by Blinken's continued provocation of Russia and China, I wouldn't be so hopeful concening the possibility of massive acquittals with regard to the Donald.

Bear in mind that my primary concern is to campaign against nuclear war provocations, because I would like Earth to be inhabited in the future by the existing species.

Joe Biden is apparently too stupid to remember what JFK had to do to prevent war with Russia back in 1962. Russia, like the USA, does not want enemy nuclear missiles being based so close to the nation's capital city or nation's border.

USA is not happy just to have a large navy base within sovereign Cuban territory against Cuba's will. No! USA lusts for a US or NATO navy base in Sevastopol, and wants the ability to base US nuclear missiles in Ukraine.

Would US and Russia engage in nuclear war because US bases nuclear missiles in Ukraine as Russia attempted to do in Cuba in 1962?

DOES NOT THE US PRESIDENT UNDERSTAND RECENT US HISTORY?

So who is running against Biden but a Kennedy? I bet a Kennedy would respect the efforts of the late JFK and actually ramp down US and Russian hostilities.

Trump is smart enough to do the same, and he certainly has more energy than Biden.

Anyow, many in US have had enough of the war and the rampant inflation that goes along with it.

Many of Biden's other efforts I believe are counterproductive and must be undone. I'll admit that he has good intent. He just isn't smart enough to select the best of help nor make the best of decisions. The incompetent old man certainly does not deserve another term.

Desperate to convict Trump in a manner so that he is not qualified to serve, succesful legal prosecution is certainly a bit tricky if jury nullification is exercised so that a popular man can get elected US President. The US Government, like in 1964, believes the public will back US war efforts. the 2024 election between Biden and Trump is simply a matter of whether or not the American public chooses to continue the war effort and to continue to play nuclear Russian roulette.

Now we understand why US Constitution would possibly allow a felon convicted by an unpopular law to actually be elected as President.

Should the US allow a felon who promises to make peace to be elected while the sitting US President continues to play nuclear war chicken with Russia and China?

Since the issue is a nuclear one, it is more important to remove Biden from office than it is to convict Trump

Back in the day, we obstructed justice and all sorts of other things to protest against Vietnam, get abortions and legalize marijuana.

Back in the day, we had to go to Mexico for divorces and abortions.
