"Don't worry Rahul, it is not the most backward country. Indians are
very narrowminded true. I had a cultural shock when I visited India.
Nevertheless they are wonderful people.


I think it is mainly the Hindu and the Hindu influences in the nation
that is destroying that country, The whole caste system should be
abolished and people should be treated with respected irrespective of
gender or status in society.

The poor think it is their destiny to be poor unless "gods" be merciful
and cause them to be reborn in a noble class. This mentality prevents
them from working hard and overcoming their situations and obstacles.
They are forever stretching out their hands to receive from someone
better than them.

The truth is all men are created with the same talent that can make them
be great people if they only knew how and what to do. India's got lots
of resources and people with brains. However, the belief system is a big
obstacle that must be overcome.

That is why they need Jesus. 'with jesus you can do all things( great
inventions and discoveries) through Jesus Christ who strength you and
give you tremendous wisdom. "

What the hell did I just read...anyway, by not accepting other's culture aren't you also being narrow minded? I do agree with you saying that caste system should be abolished. But you never mentioned how.

Also don't good give half assed info. By saying that poor people only pray and hope, you're degrading the hard work done by them.

I know one person who wakes up at three. Goes to his work, small for us but huge for them. After all this person is seven year old. He works until 1:40PM then goes to his school. Mind you, he is the topper of his class of fifty students. Then at 4:00 or five he goes back to doing his odd jobs and earning for his family.

Obviously, this won't affect you but I'm just putting it forward.

Many Indians in other countries don't even know what caste they belong to.

Can't the caste system be destroyed with a law providing that it is not an offence or an actionable wrong to lie about one's caste?
