Justice is establishing and making known the correct viewpoint about
the actions and intentions of people.
When that correct viewpoint is lacking, is not established or is not
made known, then there is a lack of Justice or no Justice.
It is primarily and most importantly a matter of providing Justice
to the victims of Crimes, and there, more important than materially,
providing Justice to the souls of the victims.
'
What I simply do now, is re-stating the viewpoint that you have,
because truth is absolute, and so is Justice
- if defined correctly, of course. *(1)
Truth, you know already correctly defined, as 'that what
happened and who caused it with what intention.'
'
The nature of The Creation is such, that this is
indelibly recorded (is 'un-deletable'), it can
not be erased
- it can only be hidden, it can temporarily be
prevented by Criminal Minds from being looked
at or felt by you or others: *(2)
"The Holocaust never happened," "You were NOT
murdered or tortured by them in your previous
life time." *(3)
Having no other option than
- when I discuss victims of
Crimes, to mention those
committed on people in their
previous life times
(which you can read all about
in books and documents and any
recordings of history - actual
documentaries, mostly European,
but not Hollywood enactments,
as these always and in each
production have taken out the
actual feelings, and thus
they hide the truth *(b))
to mention previous life experiences,
which are and will remain forever part
of your soul,
having to mention it as it is
unavoidable when discussing Crime,
and Justice to victims of Crime,
I have then no other choice than to
mention ALSO, in this present society,
that ALL DATA "about past lives" from
those who mention these, ARE FALSE, and
are INTENTIONALLY FALSE,
FALSE - EXACTLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
HIDING CRIMES FROM YOU, committed
on you also
to hide your past from you, times much
longer ago than Criminal Minds allow you
to remember.
'
Thus all the "data" and all the
"knowledge" "about past lives,"
that is contained in Hinduism,
in Buddhism, and in all "sciences
of the mind and spirit," the
"sciences" evolved from these,
as well as all Egyptian and
Tibetan data about past lives,
the data from Shamans, mediums,
etc.,
and all 'modern' "sciences" that
recognize that you do - and that
everyone does - have past lives,
their data and even more so,
their concepts about past and
future lives,
their pathetic and pitiful
attempts to bend Justice
and to invert and reverse
Justice,
reversing Justice and
inverting it, in order
NOT to have to face
evil exactly, and in
order to hide the
intentions that are
behind and that are
part of evil acts,
and their very repulsive
reversals and perversions
of "Love" and of "Beauty,"
and their concepts of The
Creation,
ARE ENTIRELY FALSE AND SOLELY
INTENDED TO HIDE THE ACTUAL
EXPERIENCES (the truth), AND
TO HIDE THE CRIMES that have been
truly committed on you in the
past,
and to hide by whom and how and
where these were committed on you,
...hiding these by the very method
(really!) of telling you, or making
you feel (with their techniques
for "increasing awareness") that
"You have found out the very
hidden truth, now." You see,
then
you don't ask further, and you
don't have to look further...
...because they have provided the
conviction to you, that "now you
are initiated,"
"You belong to the 'very
privileged and very
intelligent, evolved'
souls now, who 'know
truth'."
'
I intend to set that matter
straight - which I have already
done to quite some extent, but -
further as a separate subject
addressing and resolving that
matter, in
'From Past To Future Lives -
The Wisdom Of King Solomon.'
*(4)
'
'
Crimes on you are indelibly recorded (can not be
erased and thus do exist) as part of The Creation,
which can also not be erased, irrespective
of any activities to try and do so anyway,
activities that consist of creating
Euphoria, of creating Ugliness and
Lies, of creating Hate and Pain, and
of creating Unconsciousness.
'
Thus these facts can only be hidden - and they are
hidden also with the lies that you know so well,
lies created and forcefully maintained by Criminal
Minds:
"You are NOT a soul, but your body," "When
your body dies, all your memories are erased,"
*(5)
"You only perceive with your eyes and ears,"
and so on and so on
which insanities they even teach
you in school,
yes, which they teach all medical
doctors (!) in "laboratories" and
in "research" institutes and in
their hospitals. *(6)(7)(8)
If there is one thing you want to
stay away from, it is medical
doctors - unless you know about
ten times more about their trade,
than they do and than they allow
each other to know. *(9)
The purpose of the whole medical
trade, both in the West and in
the East, is to make you NOT face
Criminal Minds, and to hide the
nature of Criminal Minds. *(15)
'
"You only perceive with your eyes and ears,"
"Your brain does the thinking for you"
- utterly insane statements, that,
however, the medical profession
likes to promote AND call "sane,"
yes, they want that you accept
their extremely harmful and very
expensive blindness, their utter
lack of education, *(9)
as being "scientific," as being
"rational," as being "educated"
- they even insult a whole nation,
a quarter of a billion people
as if these are all being
intentionally blind morons -
as in "Scientific American," and
as in "The American Journal ...
(of this and that)."
These people are that insane, that
you do not want to have anything
to do with them as far as their
"knowledge" and their "expertise"
is concerned - except of course
when they protect your income, of
course. *(9)(10)(11)
'
'
Such is however the power that Criminal Minds,
only one percent of the population
- Criminal Minds spread equally over all
races, all nations, all groups, all
age groups and any gender (male or
female),
- Criminal Minds spread equally in ANY
profession, and in ANY religion, and
across ALL levels of education and of
wealth (or the lack of these),
exerting the power of intense evil
and lies, the power that one
percent of the population *(11)
holds over and exerts on ninety-nine percent
of the population:
A ratio of about one to hundred, and
THEY are winning steadily and gradually,
and sometimes in big leaps, as in World
War II's Germany.
Contrary to what Hinduism and all
its derivates teach, you are made
less and less aware, less and less
able, as life times pass, and
more and more lies are being
enforced onto you with more and
more effectiveness, as life
progresses. *(6)
'
That is the actual situation on Earth,
whether you like it or not; and
- should you not be a Criminal
Mind, nor a Destructive Coward -
you start now with recognizing and then
removing Criminal Minds from a position
where they control heads of state, or
where they are head of state, *(12)(13)
so that at least there will not be
another World War. *(14)
'
'
Justice is defined as establishing, and making known, the
correct viewpoint about the actions and intentions of
individual people.
These are native definitions, the concepts are part of
your soul, and so, anyone can verify these.
It is a native definition of Justice.
'
'
Justice is establishing and making known the correct viewpoint about
the actions and intentions of people.
When that correct viewpoint is lacking, is not established or is not
made known, then there is a lack of Justice or no Justice.
Therefore, I am re-stating the following truth which you already know,
the truth, that
murder is murder, and that
justifications or "reasons" for murder, do not make it "not
murder."
The definition of murder - you also do know that,
natively - is
'maliciously killing someone or many.'
'
Murder is particularly malicious of course, it
is a very severe form of murder,
when it is done with some kind of
authoritative and legal justifications
and actions.
Like torturing someone and then burning
him (or her) publicly at the stake,
is murder in the highest degree:
The persons who did order it, are
actual murderers,
the persons who executed it, are
active assistants to murder.
That they managed for some time to implement
and execute some agreement and authority to
do their murdering unhindered and "lawfully,"
has nothing whatsoever to do with it:
The definition of murder - you do know
that, natively - is 'maliciously killing
someone or many.'
'
Ordering someone murdered BECAUSE it is
possible to do so at a certain time,
for instance by it being somehow allowed
or even legal, and in compliance with the
laws and rules of that time and place,
that is still committing murder on someone, and
the person ordering it IS a murderer.
The justification that "it was legal
at the time," or that "he or she 'had to
follow orders',"
is just that, creating or using
a justification for murder.
'
Justifications do NOT make murder into "not murder,"
as you see from the native definition that you have
that is part of your soul.
That is why justice is absolute: Any person not a
Criminal Mind, *(15) is born with a conscience that
is native to his soul.
'
'
So, from a viewpoint of Justice, a person who
has tortured or murdered you and who has
mutilated your soul,
in a previous life time of yours,
(that person) is STILL NOW, 'someone who has
tortured and murdered you and mutilated your
soul,' and will forever be someone who has.
'
Already from this you see, that
'revenge' and hate, and 'eye for an
eye' as punishment, are very silly
things to maintain and do.
So I have written down the Rights of Criminal
Minds. *(16)
These things definitely have to be recognized
and observed, else you would do very stupid,
very irrational things, in your present life
time.
'
Past-life-therapists uniformly, and
all belief systems that acknowledge
that people have lived previously,
are very actively DESTROYING Justice,
by means of various methods of asking
you to agree that
"evil is not really evil," but
"just a perception," or "just a
picture in your mind," "a bad
feeling of YOURS, that must be
'erased' or 're-educated';" or
they make you agree, even, that
"evil is necessary" - which it is NOT
at all in any way whatsoever and NEVER,
and NOT under any circumstances -
and, that "evil must not be opposed"
and thus also, that "evil must be
hidden from you or from others,
even when it is known and found
out."
'
Thus, from a viewpoint of Justice the most
evil and the most destructive individual,
who has inflicted the most harm on
the largest amount of people, and who
has mutilated the most souls in very
atrocious ways,
in past life times, in previous lives, in
your past too,
is an individual who currently goes by the
name of l. ron hubbard, *(17)
who promoted "therapies" *(18) - indeed
past life therapies -
that are designed to, and that have the
purpose to DESTROY any Justice forever,
to make people wholly incapable forever,
of seeing l. ron hubbard's previous
existences and the tremendous harm he
has inflicted in previous life times,
on the lives and on the souls of people,
including yours. *(a)
Do you get it?
It is exactly the OPPOSITE OF JUSTICE:
'
Justice is establishing and making known
the correct viewpoint about the actions
and intentions of people.
When that correct viewpoint is lacking,
is not established or is not made known,
then there is a lack of Justice, or 'no
Justice.'
'
'
'
Thus, executing an order to murder, or any other demand to
murder,
also when the demand is given under the threat of
murdering you for non-compliance,
or under the threat of "being executed" (a nice word
to say that 'others agree to your being murdered')
or in whatever other terms,
and under whatever other threats,
if you DO murder, in order to 'not be "executed",'
THEN IT IS STILL MURDER THAT YOU COMMIT.
This includes your past lives, as you are a soul.
'
There is no justification for murder, for maliciously killing
someone, or many.
So when a person justifies it with 'following orders,' or
with 'getting executed and shot when he does not murder,'
IT IS STILL MURDER that he commits.
This includes such murders as he committed in his
past lives, because he is a soul.
'
In other words, if he is being commanded or controlled by
a Criminal
- by a Criminal senior or by a Criminal "friend" or
anyone who would order him to maliciously kill
someone or many, for whatever "reasons" -
then he is already in a position where his life is in
severe danger and his life is ALREADY used destructively.
Thus, already in order to prevent himself from being made
into a murderer, he has to prepare for and count with
indeed being "executed."
Also the justification, that "others will come in his
place to do the murdering anyway," that justification
has thus no meaning whatsoever: He has the freedom NOT
to let himself be made into a murderer and he has the
freedom NOT to murder people.
That he would lose his life with that choice, has
never been a reason for allowing oneself to be made
into a murderer.
Imagine everyone would agree to murder others
when threatened with being murdered - soon
you would have no living people left anymore!
'
'
Thus, all those civilians and all those "soldiers" who have
murdered others, during World War II for instance, which is
well-documented, have committed actual, real murders.
Political or scientific or religious belief systems
have no place at all in dispensing Justice.
'
It is dispensing Justice to them and to their victims, to their
souls, to establish and to make known that correct viewpoint.
'
It is also doing justice to those who DID care for others
and who DID keep on caring, even when threatened with the
loss of their own lives, and
it is doing justice to those very many soldiers who DID
give their life, in order to bring about, that the murderers
and that the murdering stops.
'
There is no justification for murder, for maliciously killing
someone or for maliciously killing many.
'
The same applies to being threatened into assisting murder or into
making murder possible - like when one is threatened with the loss
of one's life unless one assists someone in murdering others.
Regardless of the justifications, that then constitutes the
Crime of assisting murder.
'
Religious or political or scientific belief systems
or social customs have thus also no place at all in
determining Justice:
It is precisely the religious or political or scientific
belief systems, or social customs, that are used in some
intelligent and "acceptable" way, to provide the
justifications.
'
The whole apparatus and the whole ability of a dictator to operate
and enslave, is built on that threat and on that threat only, and
on it being obeyed:
The threat of losing one's life or an equivalent punishment,
executed unless one agrees to become a murderer or other type
of Criminal.
Also therefore, there is no justification for committing murder
or for assisting murder, and there is no justification of
"I will lose my life if I do not become a murderer."
Yes, you may lose you life, but you will not become a
murderer.
Instead, you will lose your life in PREVENTING yourself
from becoming a murderer, and you are instead contributing
to preventing others from being murdered,
much like a soldier is willing to risk his or her
life in order to prevent others from being murdered,
and is also willing to risk his or her life to
prevent himself or herself from being captured, and
from being used in the murdering of others, of his
or her friends.
'
'
When the correct viewpoint is lacking, is not established or is not
made known, in each individual case too, or applying to each case,
then there is a lack of Justice or no Justice.
Justice is entirely different from the subject of punishment
or of detention. Those subjects require an assessment of
available resources, of the possibilities of repairing harm
done, and most importantly an assessment of possibilities to
prevent harm being done in the future.
Religious or political or scientific belief systems
have thus no place at all in judging to determine any
punishment. *(19)(14)
'
Obviously, revenge or hate have no place in judgment for or in
the application of punishment, because
these - revenge and hate - are themselves the signs and
the products of severe insanity, and
that is precisely what you are intending and working NOT to
have and to curb and to PREVENT from being used. *(16)
Also from that viewpoint, religious or political or
scientific belief systems, that pretend hate and revenge
to be normal, and that thereby actually encourage it,
or on the other hand, that openly encourage hate
and revenge,
have no place in seeking judgment to determine punishment.
'
'
The same applies to allowing, or "peacefully" watching others doing
any murdering, it applies to 'looking the other way,' it applies to
pretending nothing happened, etc.,
and it applies ALSO to allowing murder when one is threatened with
harm or threatened with being murdered unless one does allow or does
hide the fact of murder.
Regardless of the justifications, that then constitutes the
Crime of refusing to prevent murder.
This includes various European heads of state, and the United
Nations Organization officials, by the way, who - with their
lies that are still echoing between the "Peace Activists" -
(they) refused to care for and free the people of Iraq.
'
So we bring Justice to all those that suffered in Iraq, and
to all those that suffered for the Iraqi people, by
pointing out those Criminals guilty of refusing to help them
and who rather received cheap oil from the dictator-murderer.
In particular any pacifist-type, religious or political
or scientific belief systems or social customs, thus have
no place at all in dispensing Justice. *(20)
And quite contrary to as it is now, a World Government
Organization should have as one of its MAIN functions,
to provide exactly Justice as defined here, and as
everybody naturally, by nature, natively, expects it,
in particular from a World Governing body. *(13)
'
'
'
Justice is establishing and making known, the correct viewpoint on
the actions and intentions of people.
Doing so - certainly my doing so - brings about a tremendous
amount of relief to people, and it very greatly increases
happiness for them.

Textnotes:
(a) In these "therapies" and practices developed or stolen by
l. ron hubbard, anyone who ever so faintly starts to find
out or to sense something vital to know and true about
l. ron hubbard,
is, on his instructions, branded immediately to be
"an enemy of l. ron hubbard" and "out to destroy
his therapies," "that are 'vital' and that 'solve
all problems' and that are 'indispensable to Mankind'
as developed by him."
You see happiness returning on almost all faces, you can
make terrified children stop crying,
when l. ron hubbard is brought to Justice, meaning,
when you radiate the truth and make others feel, that he
is the source of very bad Energies - (feelings, thoughts
and perceptions) of Suffering and Pain and Hate, and of
lies about people you love and about life you love to
live.
And very interestingly indeed, he, l. ron hubbard, has
"defined" the bad Energies OTHERS inflict (and that he
most atrociously inflicts) onto you and onto your body,
as "YOUR case," "YOUR aberration."
Do you get it now?
'
(b) In Hollywood, they (such as Steven Spielberg *(21) and
Michael Douglas *(22) for instance) generally think their
public to be that stupid, that it can not see the soul of
actors - meaning, that Life Energy, which you use to
perceive others with, "does not exist."
In Hollywood, the least wanted and the most heavily fought
commodity, is truth.
Their lie about life, the lie that they live, is
"Truth is not 'what exists,' but 'what you
create AS IF it exists'."
'
And so they cast these very sweet boys - goodness pouring
out of the eyes - as actors in their documentary,
one to play the long-time commander of the extermination
camps in Auschwitz, and another to play the equally evil
Adolf Eichmann, and so on.
And that's what they then call a "documentary," and they
co-produce it with the BBC, so that people are tricked by
the mis-use of the reputation that some people from the
BBC have built up over the years, about documentaries.
The makers themselves, of the documentary, also miss the
whole point - none of them have read the Human Rights
Issues.
Instead, they are flabbergasted, at a complete loss to
even vaguely understand the Criminal Mind, the mind
of those who did set out to destroy the German
people
- which can of course only be done, by
pretending to do the opposite, that is -
under the guise of "making the Germans sane and
healthy, and supreme in opposing their enemies."

Books:
(Robert D. Hare)
'Without Conscience - the disturbing world of
the psychopaths among us,' in particular its Chapter 7.,
about 'white-collar Psychopaths.'
By Robert D. Hare, University of British Columbia, 1993.
(New York: Pocket Books, 1995)
(New York: Guilford Press, 1999 - ISBN 1-5730-451-0)
http://www.hare.org/home/index.html
From the back cover of the book:
'Robert Hare makes a strong case for the view that
psychopaths are born, not made. A chilling, eye-opening
report - and a call to action.'
'Of exceptional value to anyone wishing to look behind and
guard against these baffling predators [or parasite- or
virus-personalities] who live amongst us in fearful [in
large] numbers [sixty million of them on Earth].'
(Hervey Cleckley)
'The Mask Of Sanity - the acclaimed study of the
psychopathic personality'
By Hervey Cleckley, Medical College of Georgia, USA.
(St. Louis, MO - USA: Mosby Press Medical Library, 1982)
(New York: New American Library, ISBN 0-452-25341-1)
From the back cover of the book:
'Arrogant, shameless, immoral, impulsive, antisocial,
superficial, alert, self-assured, boastful, callous,
remorseless, charming, irresponsible:'
'This is the poisonous mix of traits, that make up the
psychopathic personality. [...]'
'Psychopaths also sit in corporate boardrooms [as
directors of companies or institutions,] or function
as scientists or physicians [medical doctors,] or in
any number of respectable capacities [holding
respected jobs or positions].'
'They are all legally competent. [In the legal sense,
they are not insane, because they can talk and
think as brilliantly as a lawyer, to achieve their
purposes.]'
'None of them "hears voices" or displays any
psychosis [that a psychiatrist could easily
recognize or could recognize at all, as these can not
and also do not want to define psychosis correctly].'
'But they [psychopathic personalities] are all headed
for [causing others] big trouble, in a life-long
string of [causing] disasters [for others], that
could run the gamut [range, the whole spectrum]:
From [causing] financial ruin, to murder.'
'Psychiatrists know neither the cause nor the cure of
this disorder [and they can not and do not want to
define 'disorder' either, and they have been working
and will continue to work very hard to hide the
cause of any 'disorder,'] which evades [their]
established definitions of either sanity or insanity;
[So, I have defined all these terms, for you,
in the Human Rights Issues {the HRI's}, as none
indeed existed. So it is for the first time in
history, that correct definitions exist and
have been published.]'
'indeed, psychiatrists themselves
[and any persons who try to help and to
understand Criminal Minds - any people who
try to help them]
'are at times as helplessly manipulated by the
psychopath, as are the psychopath's other victims.'

Common Pleas, and Exchequer were developed. These judges were
specifically denominated justices itinerant, in eyre, of assize, of oyer
