Performance issues linked to health issues like burnout,
stress and insomnia

Gen Z employees are missing the equivalent of a day's work
every week due to mental health concerns, new research has
shown.

Figures reveal that the average office worker feels like they
can't work properly due to their mental health for 50 work
days per year. This costs Britain's economy a staggering
£138bn a year.

While analysis by health insurance firm Vitality found that
only six of these 50 days were taken off completely as sick
leave, staff that did come to work struggled to achieve
anything in the office.

Totally fuckin' useless. Replace them with AI and
shuffle 'em off to the slums and trailer parks.

So, when the UK (and USA) get occupied by unfriendly
nations, how are they gonna cope with 7-day schedules
in the mines - with a big guy with a whip making sure
they make their quotas ? :-)

Somebody DO look into what fad dope/pop-sci their
PARENTS were into ... whatever it was needs to be
banned from the world. Not EVERY Gen-Z is useless,
so there's a good start for the scientific study.
