29 Ekim 1993, Jandarma Istihbarat Grup Komutani emekli
Binbasi Ahmet Cem Ersever’in olduruldugu henuz bilinmiyor.
Aydinlik’in telefonla arayan sahis, “Ersever’I infaz ettik,
sira Soner’de” deyip telefonu kapatiyor.
3 Kasim 1993, Binbasi Ersever 10 gundur kayip. Soner Yalcin
adina postalanmis bir zarf icinden Ersever’in nufus cuzdani
cikiyor.
4 Kasim 1993, Binbasi Ersver’in kafasina iki kursun
sikilmis, elleri arkadan bagli, agzi bantli cesedi
bulunuyor. Ardindan yakin arkadasi itirafci Mustafa Deniz
ile sevgilisi Mahsune Dguebe’nin cesetleri.
Bu yazi dizisi Binbasi Cem Ersever’in itiraflarini iceriyor.
Faili mechul cinayetleri kim isliyor. Isim..isim.. Avukat
metin Can ile Doktor Hasan Kaya’yi kim kacirdi? Milletvekili
Mehmet Sincar’I olduren tetikci… Kontagerilla guneydoguyu
kac infaz bolgesine ayirdi? Itirafcilarin para
kaynaklari…Vali-jandarma lojmanlarinda kalan tetikciler…
Binbasi Ersever’i kim oldurdu? Bu yazi dizisinde Turkiye
Cumhuriyetinin bogazina kadar battigi pisligi
okuyacaksiniz. Hosca vakitler…
O donemlerde calismakta oldugum 2000’e Dogru dergisi icin 8
Aralik 1991 traihinde “kimlikleri ve Eylemleriyle Iste
Mardin Kontragerillasi” baslikli bir haber yayimlandi: “Son
bes ayda Mardin, Omerli, Savur, Nusaybin, Midyat, Batman ve
Idil’e bagli koylerde kontragerillanin eylemelri sonucu 22
kisi oldu, 5 kisi yaralandi. Bu cinayetleri isleyenlerin
esgalleri ve yontemleri ayni. Beyaz Renault’a biniliyor.
Kars lehcesiyle Kurtce konusuyorlar. Gerilla kiliginda
dolasiyorlar. Bu kontragerilla ekibinin basinda Jandarma
Subaylari A.O ile H.K var.”
“Mardin Kontragerillasi” haberinde bas hafleriyle verilen
kisilerin acik adlarinin verildigi bir yazi ile Basbakanliga
ve Icisleri Bakanligina verildi. Turk Silahli mensubu iki
subay hakkindaki bilgileri ise gene isimleri acikca
yazilarak Genel Kurmay Baskanligina iletildi. Ancak bu
kurumlardan hic bir yanit alinamadi. “Haberiniz odgru
degildir” diye bir aciklama bile yapilmadi.
Subay A.O Mayis 1992 tarihinden beri Jandarma genel
Komutanligi Istihbarat Baskanligi’nda gorev yepiyordu. A.O
uzun yillar Guneydogu’da gorev yapmisti. Kontragerilla
faaliyetlerinde yaninda hep “Cem Yuzbasi” diye biri vardi.
A.O . “Cem Yuzbasi”nin yardimcisiydi.
“mardin Kontragerillasi” icinde adi gecen diger bir subay
ise H.K idi. H.K’nin kontragerilla olma seruveni oldukca
ilginc. 12 Eylul darbesine birkac ay kala Istanbul Bakirkoy
Ilce Jandarma Boluk Komutanligina ataniyor. Darbeden hemen
sonra 12 Eylul sorgulamalarinda bizzat yer aliyor. 18 Eylul
1980 gunu olay kesfi icin Avcilar’a tatbikata goturdukleri
devrimci Zeki Yumurtaci’yi olduruyor.
Olay basina, “polis ekibine ates acan teroristler tatbikata
goturulen arkadaslarini vurdular” diye yansitiliyor. Zeki
Yumurtaci’nin basina silahi dayayip olduren kisi ise subay
H.K.
Bu olayalri anlatan Albay sunlari soyluyor : “O gunlerde
Istanbul’da bir cok solcu olduruldu. Istanbul Emniyet Muduru
Sukru Balci’nin degisik bir taktigi vardir. Bir polisi veya
subayi pislige bulastirmak icin tetik cektirir. Tetigi ceken
kisi ise bu islerden artik kurtulamaz. H.K. iste boyle bir
numara ile pislige bulastirildi. Saniyorum hala da bu rezil
islri yapamaya devam ediyordur. Cunku bu islere giren
subayin, polisin kurtulmasi zordur. H.K’yi diledikleri gibi
kullanirlar”.
Nitekim Istanbul Avcilar’da baslayan faaliyet Mardin’de
suruyordu.
A.O ve H.K ile baslayan ‘Kontagerillaci subaylar’ listesinde
“Cem Yuzbasi”da vardi.
Bu listenin basinda ise; daha sonra bir suikasta kurban
giden Asayis Kolordu Komutani Korgeneral Hulusi Sayin’nin
kayinbiraderi Albay C.K bulunuyordu.
Jandarma Genel Komutanligi’nda 70’li yillarda iki grup
ortaya cikmisti. Sosyal Demokratlarin olusturdugu ve basinda
Korgeneral Ismail Selen’in bulundugu grup ile MHP’lilerin
bir araya gelip liderligini Korgeneral Hulusi Sayin’in
yaptigi ekip. Iki grup sureekli catisma halindeydi.
Kontargerillaci subaylar Hulusi Sayin’in ekibi icindeydi.
Ekipre “Yuzbasi Cem” ve A.O’den baska C.K, T.S, A.S, I.Y,
F.A gibi bir cok MHP’li subay daha vardi. Gruptaki MHP’li
subaylar acikca eylemlere de katiliyorlardi. Ornegin, Subay
F.A’nin silahi solcu bir doktor olan Mehmet Guclu’nun
oldurulmesinde kullanilmisti. Boyle oldugu kesinlesmesine
ragmen hic bir sey yapilmamisti. Tam tersine reutbesi hep
yukseldi. Halen albay olarak gorevinin basinda. “Yuzbasi
Cem” bu grubun aktif elemenlarindan biriydi. MHP’nin
toplantilarina cekinmeden uniformasi ile gidiyordu!
JITEM (Jandarma Istihbarat Terorle Mucadele)
Daha sonraki gunlerde JITEM’de gorev yaptigini soyleyen bir
astsubayla karsilastim.
“JITEM’in orgutlenmesi soyledir: Direkt Jandarma Genel
komutanligi ile irtibatlidir. JITEM Grup Komutanliginin
basinda bir binbasi bulunuyor. Once Cem Binbasi vardi, o
ayrildi. Yerinde simdi Murettin Binbasi var.”
Astsubay eline kagit kalem aldi. Jandarma’nin orgutlenmesini
cizdi:

Astsubay, Diyarbakir JITEM’e bagliydi. Ancak kendisi grubun
elemanin degilmis gibi anlatiyordu.
“Bunlar koy koy, mezra mazra dolasirlar. Her timin kendi
bolgesi vardir. Hepsi cok iyi Kurtce konusur. Zaten bunalri
bir cok koylu PKK’li sanir. Bu timleri gorseniz PKK’li mi,
asker mi oldugunu anlayamazsiniz. Hepsi biyikli ve
sakallidir. Timlerin basinda ustegmen veya yuzbasi bulunur.
Bir timde subaydan baska bir kac tane astsubay ile en fazla
iki er vardir. Erler yemek, temizlik gibi hizmaetlerde
kullanilir. Bu timlere son yillarda itirafcilar da aktilmaya
basladi. Her koyde, mezrada bir muhbir bulunsun istenir.
Ancak muhbir bulmak cok zordur. Genellikle korucular yapar
bu isi.”
Astsubay, guneydigida gorev yapan bazi subaylarin uyusturucu
ve silah kacakciligi yaptiklarini iddia ediyordu. “JITEM cok
iyi amaclarla kuruldu, sonra dejenere oldu. Cogu tim elemani
yapilan kanun disi hareketlere goz yumdu. Ust rutbeler de
ses cikarmadi. Sonucta ufak capta baslayan kanun disi
hareketler cok butudu. Binlerle ifade edilern paralar,
milyarlarla ifade edilmeye baslandi. Nihayet JITEM’de
calisanlarin hemen tumu bolgede uyusturuc ve silah
kacakciliginda etkin rol almaya basladilar.”
Merakla sordum, “nasil yapiyorlar?”
“JITEM timlerinin altinda sivil arabalar var. Bu otomobiller
degisik renktedir. Plakalari ise resmi degil sivildir.
Guneydigunun tum karayollarindaki arama noktalarindan
rahatca gecerler. Durdurulmazlar, aranmazlar. JITEM timi
kimligi gosterir, ceker, gider. Iste bu kolaylik nedeniyle,
Iran’dan, Irak’tan, Suriye’den gelen uyusturucular JITEM
arabalrina yukleniyor. Uyusturucuyu alan JITEM arabalari
duruma gore Van veya Diyarbakir’a gidip uyusturucuyu teslim
ediyor. Uyusturcular buradan Istanbul’a, Mersin’e gidiyor.
JITEM timleri, kacakciligi iliski icinde olduklari
korucubaslari ve itirafcilar raciligiyla yapiyorlar.
Bunlarin cikarlari ortak oldugu icin birbirlerini hep
korurlar. Sinirda bulunan Boluk Komutanlarinin, Alay
Komutanlarinin, Il Jandarma Alay Komutanlarinin % 80’I bu
isin icindedir. Bolgeye yeni gelen sinir komutanlari, ister
istemz bu islere bir sekilde bulastiriliyor. Yeni gelen
komutana kacakcilik yapan agalar, korucu baslari, belediye
baskanlari hemen ziyarete gelirler. Komutanin nabzini
yoklar, hediyeler verilir. Samimi olmaya calisirlar. “Al
gulum ver gulum” baslar.
JITEM timleri, muhbirler, PKK itirafcilari araciligiyla
tesbit ettikleri siginaklardan ele gecirdikleri silah ve
mermileri kacakcilar vasitasiyla PKK’ya, K.Irak’taki
pesmerhelere satiyorlar! Asli silah vurgunu Kurt
multecilerin Turkiye’ye gelmesi sirasinda yasandi. 500 bin
kisi Isikveren Altinyayla bolgesine yerlestirildi. Toplam
200 bin kusur silah teslim alindi. Gidin bakin, kayitlarda
gozuken silah sayisi 1600! Diger silahlar nereye gitti?”
Astsubay kacakcilik yapan subaylarin isimlerini de bir bir
vermisti. Subaylarin nasil kacakcilik yaptiklarini ornek
olaylarla anlatmisti. Her tasin altindan “Cem Binbasi”
cikiyordu. Kimdi bu Cem Binbasi?
Binbasi Ersever icin neler neler soylenmiyor ki…
“Mahalli ajanlari organize eden kisidir. Sirnak ve
Cizre’deki her faili mechul olayda onun parmagi vardir.
Sabit bir yeri yoktu. 1985 yilinda Besta bolgesinde bir
catisma oldugunu duyduk. PKK’li bir ust duzey komutanin
kafasinin kesilerek Sirnak’a getirildigi soylendi. Cesedin
Komutan Ismail Kiyas’a ait oldugu bildirildi. Teshis icin
esi ve kayipederi bulundu. Yakinlari cesedin Ismail Kiyas’a
ait olmadigini soylediler. Ceset Sirnak Tugayi’na Gecitboyu
muhtari Mehmet Zeyrek tarafindan getirilmisti. Bu adamlar
cesedi getirdikleri icin 2-3 milyon pirim almislardi.
Yetkililer halen cesedin PKK’li komutana ait oldugunu
soyluyorlardi. Guya, PKK’lilar taninmasin diye
komutanlarinin kafasini kesip goturmuslerdi! Aradan gunler
gecti. Bir kadin, “bundan 15 gun evvel evden kocami alip
goturduler. Bir daha da haber alamdim diye” diye Tugay’a
basvurdu. Kadinin anlattigina gore kocasini korucular
goturmustu. Daha sonra yapilan arastirmada kesik basli
cesedin kadinin kocasina ait oldugu anlasildi. Adam Balveren
koyunden Tolgi mezrasindanmis. Zavalli koylunun kellesini
kesenler Cem’in emrinde calisna korucular ve ajanlardi”.
Bu olayla ilgili olara Sirnak’daki avukatlar suc duyurusunda
bulunuyorlar ama sonuc alamiyorlar.
Avukatlarin suc duyurusunda bulunduklari baska bir olay ise
soyle meydana gelmisti.
“Bu olaydan kisa bir sure sonra Balveren karakolundan
koylulere, ‘bir cesediniz var gelin alin’ deniyor. Ceset 19
yasindaki Gurgun Savas’a ait. Ailesinin anlattigina gore,
Gurgun Savas’I Diyarbakir Cezaevin’den taniyan PKK’li Hasan
Irmaz daha sonra itirafci oluyor. Fakat Gurgun Savas;in
bundan haberi yok. Olaylardan bir kac gun once Hasan Irmaz
PKK’li gibi Gurgun Savas’a gidip ‘aksam sizin evin onunden
gececegim, bana yemek birakin’ diyor. Gurgun Savas karisina
‘bu aksam cezaevindeki arkadasim Hasan gerillalarla buradan
gececek, kapiya ekmek koy’ diyor. Sari bir posete 9 ekmek ve
bir kilo peynir konuyor, ve calilarin yanina konuyor. Gece
saat 22’de gerilla kiyafeti giymis bazi kisiler yiyecegi
bulamamis gibi Gurgun Savas’i cagiriyorlar. Gurgun savas’I
beya bir Renault’a bindirip goturuyorlar. Ertesi gun Gurgun
Savas’in iskence edilmis cesedi bulunuyor…
Hasan itirafci olduktan sonra Cem’in yaninda calismaya
basliyor. Bunlar PKK kiyafeti giyorlar. PKK sempatizanlarini
tuzaga dusurup olduruyorlar. Faili mechul bir cok olayi da
bu ekip gerceklestiriyor. Bolgede Cem’in bilgisi olmadan
kimse bu tur cinayetler isleyemez. Avukatlar kac kez Sirnak
Cumhuriyet Savciligina suc duyurusunda bulundu. Savci hep
takipsizlik karari verdi.”
Ersever 1988 yilinda Sirnak bolgesinde gorev yaptigi
donemde, Idil Ilcesinden Mehmet Bayar adli kisiyi gozaltina
aliyor. Daha sonra Bayar’in koynuna bir bomba koyup,
ellerini arkadan bagladiktan sonra kacmasini soyluyor.
Mehmet Bayar kacarken bomba patliyor ve oluyor. Bayar bu
olaydan sonra TRT ekranlarinda terorist olarak gosteriliyor!
“Sirnak halki Ersever’den cok korkar. Kontragerillanin basi
olarak bilir. Ersver PKK’li itirafcilardan kendine bir ekip
kurdu. Binbasi Ersever’in Haci Zeyrek adinda bir janai
vardi. Cem Ersever kendi iclerindeki bir hesaplasma
nedeniyle Haci Zeyrek’I oldurttu. Haci Zeyrek’in cesedi
Silopi’nin kuzeyinde bir torba icinde bulundu.”
5 Haziran 1993, Ulusal Basin Ajansi (UBA) Ersever’in
emekliye ayrildigi haberini geciyordu.
7 haziran sabahi burodayim. Ersver’I aradik, gorusme yapalim
dedik, kabul etti. Ogeleden sonra buroya gelecekti. Geldi.
Aylarca pesinden kosmustum. Kac kisiden ‘icaraatlarini’
dineldigim Kontragerilla sefi Binbasi Cem Ersever simdi
karsimdaydi…

Bazen buradaki insanlarin okumayi fazla sevmediklerini unutuveriyorum. Benim
aktarma yaptigim bir kitap. Soner Yalcin'in yazdigi "Binbasi Ersever'in Itiraflari"
Kaynak yayinlari, 1994. ISBN: 975-343-065-5. Ayrica bu kitabin internettede cok
kisa bir ozeti var. Nelerden bahsedecegimi merak ediyorsaniz ona da bir goz atin
isterseniz.

Kitabin bu kisminda Cem Ersever acikca (arkadasi Mustafa
Deniz’le birlikte) roportaj verdigi icin bilgiler fazla bir
deger tasimiyor. Daha sonra ise gazeteci Soner Yalcin ile
‘gizli’ gorusmeler yapiyor. Iste bu kisimda can alici seyler
anlatiyor. Bu bilgilerin kendisinin verdigi anlasilmasin diye,
Soner Yalcin’dan arada bir 2000’e Dogru dergisinde kendisi
aleyhine yazilar yazilmasini istiyor. Bundan sonra okuyacaginiz
kisim bu ‘gizli’ gorusmeler kismindan. Ama oncelikle Cem
Ersever’in Ahmet Aydin takma adiyla, “Kurtler, PKK ve A.
Ocalan” ve Tezgahtaki Ucgen adli iki kitap yayinladigini da
belirteyim.
ILK GIZLI BULUSMA
Binbasi Ersever roportaj sirasinda gazetecilerden sadece
Tercuman’dan Ali Oncu’yu tanidigini soylemisti. Ali Oncu’nun
Mart ayinda kaleme aldigi dizi oldukca ilgincti:
“Yaklasik 13 yildir gidip geldigim gerek halktan gerekse yonetim
kesiminden kisilerce cok iyi iliskiler kurdugum Guneydogu
Anadolu Bolgesi’nde bazen ayni soruyu defalarca kendime sordum.
Devlet yanlilarini PKK olduruyor. Peki, son gunlerde moda olan
ve ozellikle PKK yanlisi olan kisileri kim olduruyor? Bu
devletin kendini savunma yontemi olabilir miydi? Kendime bu
sorulari sorarken ozellikle devleti seven kesimden bazi kisileri
kullanarak etrafa haber saldim. Bu kisilerle konusmak istedigimi
bildirdim. Silopi’de 30 suren bekleyisim aslinda umitsizdi.
Cunku kimsenin “bu oldurmelerin sahibi biziz” diye karsima
gelecegini “ben Kontragerillaytim” diyecegini ummuyordum.
Ama bir gun Silopi’de kaldigim otelde hic tanimadigim yasli bir
adam geldi ve bana sunlari soyledi: “Ali Bey oglum, aksam hazir
ol. Geceyarisi seni alacaklar. Gozlerin bagli olacak. Yolda soru
sormayacaksin. Gittigin yer Anadolu Halk Cephesi’nin karargahi.
Gonullu savascilar yuzleri kapali olmak uzere resimde
cektirecekler. Ayrica korkmana gerek yok, sana zarar vermezler….
Saat 3:30’u gosterirken kapim calindi. Yuregimin sesini
duyuyordum. Cok korktugumu soylemezsem yalan soylemis olurum. Bu
olum korkusuydu. Karsimda yuzleri posuyla kamufle edilmis 5 kisi
duruyordu. Hepsi tepeden tirnaga silahliydi. Kapiyi calan bana
yaklasarak biraz dogu sivesi kokan bir aksanla, “Ali agabey
bizim reis seni gormek istiyor, konusacakmis. Yarim saat, 45
dakika bir yolumuz var. Yanliz gozlerini baglamamiz gerek. 20
daikak kadar da seninle yayan yurutecegiz"”dedi.
….
Burasi Anadolu Halk cephesi’nin karargahi idi. Gozlerim
cozuldugunde kendimi her tarafi Turk bayraklariyla bezenmis bir
odada buldum. Karsimda ellerinde otomatik kalasnikoflari olan
bir grup oturuyordu. Grubun ortasindaki kisi bir adim one
oturarak “kardes ne soracaksan sor, ben PKK’nin kontragerilla
dedigi Anadolu Halk Cephesi’nin lideriyim”..
Oncu’nun konustugu lider Ersever’in bize anlattiklarinin
benzerini anlatiyordu. Ali Oncu’nun yazi dizini gorusmemizde
Ersever’in onune koydum. Guldu, “Ali Oncu iyi senaryo yaziyor”
dedi. Ersever ve Oncu yillar once tanismislar. Oncu bolgeye
gittiginde mutlaka Ersever’in yaninda kaliyor. “Anadolu Halk
Cephesi” adini Ersever bulmus, mizanseni ise gazeteci Oncu
yazmis! Tabii ‘reis’ Binbasi Ersever’di.. “Reis’in cevresindeki
militanlar ise JITEM elemanlariydi…
Ersever, “Ali Oncu ile o gorusmeyi yaptigimda uniformam
uzerimdeydi. Mecburen oyle konustuk. Ancak daha sonra emekli
olduktan sonra Ali Oncu ile roportaj yaptik. Sizden once ilk
Tercuman’a konustum. Ancak yayinlamadilar” diyordu.
Ali Oncu’nun “Kontragerilla gercegi” dizisine donelim:
“Anadolu Halk Cephesi olmasa da boyle bir kontragerilla
orgutunun bolgede faaliyette oldugunu biliyordum. Bu orgut adini
bazen “Turk Intikam Tugayi” bazende “Osmanli Turk Intikam
Tugayi” olarak duyuruyordu. Bu orgutun elemanlarinin kimler
oldugu hakkinda fazla bir bilgi yoktu. Zaten bugune kadar orgut
uyesi kimse yakalanmamisti! Kuskusuz devlet ile cok sicak
iliskileri vardi. Orgutun eski MHP’lilerden ve itirafcilardan
meydana geldigi soyleniyordu. Hepsi tetikciydi.”
Ersever boyle bir orgut kurmak icin mi emekli olmustu acaba?
18 Temmuz 1993 tarihli Aydinlik gazetesinin manseti soyleydi:
“Devlet terorune mustesarlik”.
Haberde devletin Ersever’in programini kabul ettigi
belirtiliyordu. Kurt sorunun cozumu konusunda devlet Ersever’in
onerilerini kabul etmis gorunuyordu.
O gunlerde Ersver, TBMM Baskani Husamettin Cindoruk’la yanyana
geliyordu. Askerlerden umdugunu bulamayan Binbasi
miletvekillerinden medet umuyordu. Cindoruk, Ersever’e “Terorle
mucadale konusunda bir mustesarlik kurulacak, sana mustesar
yardimciligi gorevi verilecek” demisti. Ancak bu mustesarlik,
basindaki tepkiler yuzunden kurulamamisti. Ersver’e gore bu
mustesarligin kurulmasini Aydinlik onlemisti. “Siz haber
yaptiniz, siyasi liderlerden, milletvekillerinden tepki
demecleri alip yayinladiniz. Bunlar koalisyon ortagi SHP’yi cok
etkiledi, baski yaptilar Hukumete.”.
Teror Mustesarligi kurulamayinca Cindoruk, Ersever’in
Basbakanliga bagli bir guvenlik biriminde calistirilmasi icin
Ciller’e teklif yapiyor. Ancak Ciller, Ersever icin, “bu
arkadasimiz basinda fazla afise oldu. Biz onu herhangi bir

16 Temmuz gunu Ersever ile yeniden bulusuyoruz. Bana “Diyarbakir
Jandarma Asayis Komutani degisiyor. Korgeneral Necati Ozgen bu
gorevinden alinacak, Kibris Baris Kuvvetleri komutanligina
gonderilecek. Ozgen’den bosalan yere Kibris Baris Kuvvetleri
Komutani Korgeneral Hasan Kundakci gelecek. Kundakci ozel harpci
bir subaydir. Bence gayri nizami savas icin bicilmis kaftan!
1957 harp okulu cikisli. Kundakci yurtdisinde de ozel harp
konusunda kurslar gordu”.
Binbasi Ersever’in soylediklerini Kurmay Albay bir dostuma
anlattim, “ben seni bir kac saat sonra ararim “ dedi. Aradi:
“Soyledigin dogru, Ozgen gidiyor, Kundakci geliyor” dedi.
17 Temmuz gunu Aydinlik’ta “topyekun savasa ozel komutanlar”
basligi ile Ersever’in soylediklerin yazdim, tabii Binbasi
Ersever’den bahsetmeden. Birkac gun sonra bazi gazetelerde bizim
haberi yalanlayan bilgiler cikti. Ancak sonucta, Ersever’in
verdigi bilginin dogru oldugu aciga cikti. Ozgen ile Kundakci
yer degistirdi.
Ersever ile gizli olarak yaptigim gorusmelerde hep ayni soruyu
soruyordum. Diyarbakir burosunda gorevli arkadasimiz Halit
Gungen’i kim oldurdu?
Halit Gungen 18 Subat 1992 tarihinde Diyarbakir’daki 2000’e
Dogru burosunda aksam 19:30 siralarinda, kimligi belirsiz kisi
veya kisilerce kafasina sikilan tek kursunla oldurulmustu.
Emniyet yetkililerine gore 25 santimetre uzakliktan sikilan
kursun omurilik soganindan girmis ve kasinin uzerinden
cikmisti. Gelen polisler buroyu aramislar ancak Halit Gunger’i
olduren mermi kovanini ve cekirdegini bulamamislardi. Halit
Gungen oldurulmeden once 28 haziran 1991 tarihinde gece yarisi
2000’e Dogru Diyarbakir burosunun bulundugu apartmandaki
dairelrin kapilarina tehdit bildirisi yapistirilmisti: Apartman
sakinleri! 2000’e Dogru ve piclerini disari atin. Aksi halde bu
bina havaya ucurulacaktir. Can ve malinida biz sorumlu degiliz.
Bes gun sureniz var.”
1991 yazinin bir baska ozelligi ise o gunlerde “Hizbullah”
denilen Islami bir orgutun ortaya cikmasiydi. Ilgintir
“Hizbullah” ozellikle PKK’nin onemli kurmaylarini hedef
aliyordu. Yoredeki demokrat isimler Kontragerillanin artik
eylemlerini “Hizbullah” adiyla yaptiklarini soyluyorlardi. Halit
Gungen “Hizbullah”in Diyarbakir Cevik Guc merkezinde
egitildiklerini ortaya cikarmisti. Bu haberinden 3 gun sonra
olduruldu.
27 Ekim 1992 tarihinde goz altina alinan, Batman Imam Hatip
Lisesi son sinif ogrencisi Nedim Uysal uzerinde silahla
yakalanmisti. “Hizbullah” orgutu elemani oldugu soylenen Nedim
Uysal’in tabancasi 0275 model 121702 sero nolu 9 mm capindaydi.
Silahin uzerinde yapilan balistik muayenesinde 1 kasim 1992 gun,
3587 sayili ekspertiz raporuna gore Halit Gungen’in oldurulmesi
olayinda da kullanilmisti!
Biraz once de belirttigim gibi gerek Emniyet yetkilileri,
gerekse biz aramamiza ragmen silahin mermi kovanini ve
cekirdegini bulamamistik. Simdi nasil oluyordu da Nedim
Uysal’in, Halit Gungen’in katili oldugu aciklanabiliyordu? Biz
polisin bu aciklamalarina itibar etmedik.
Ersver’e bu nedenle devamli Halit Gungen’i kimin oldurdugunu
soruyordum. Mutlaka bu olayin faillerini biliyordu. ..
23 Agustos 1993 ‘de bana “hani bana hep soruyordun; arkadsimizi
Diyarbakir’da kim oldurdu diye, bugun sana katillerini
soyleyecegim!”
Heyecanlanmistim. Iki aydir guvenini kazanmak icin ugrastigim
Binbasi Ersever gercekten iyi istihbarat vermeye basliyordu.
“Guneydogu grubu uce ayrilmistir; Birinci grup Diyarbakir,
Bitlis, Bingol, Elazig, Tunceli Hatti. Ikinci grup; Sirnak,
Cizre, Uludere, Senoba Hatti; Ucuncu grup ise Nusaybin, Midyat,
Mardi, Kiziltepe hattidir.
Ilk iki grubu iyi bilirim, ama ucuncusu hakkinda fazla bilgim
yoktur. Ikinci grubu siz 2000’e Dogru’da yazdiniz. Aslinda
oldukca iyi ortaya cikardiniz. Hilal Anap Belediye Baskani Yakup
Kara ve 4 arkadasini otomobilden indirerek kursuna dizenler
Babat’lardir. Ikinci bolge, korucu Babat’lardan sorulur. Bu
bolgedeki tum faili mechul cinayetlerin tetikcisi korucu
Babat’lardi. Babat asiret reisi Hazim Babat ayni zamanda korucu
basi. Devlete yaranmak icin cekinmeden adam oldurur. “
Babatlar ve Hazim Babat adi bize yabanci degildi. Hilal Belediye
Baskani Yakup Kara 28 haziran 1991 tarihinde Senoba Jandarma

Cinayetin tetikcileri: Osman Babat, Alihan Babat, Nuri Babat,
Ekrem Babat ve Necip Uren’di. Adi tesbit edilemeyen bir korucu
ile uc tane de sivil giyimli subayin oldugu one surulmustu.
Taburun yani basinda, hemen her 100 metrede bir askeri arama
noktasinin oldugu boyle bir yerde, katiller ellerini kollarini
sallaya sallaya gitmislerdi.
Olayi, 2000’e Dogru’ya ayrintilariyla anlatan bir yuzbasi
cinayetin tabur komutanliginda planlandigini soylemisti. Bu
cinayetin ayrintilarini soruyorum Ersever’e: “Soyledigim gibi bu
gruptaki faili mechul cinayetleri Babat’larin isledigini
bilirim. Ancak nasil planlanir, tetigi kim ceker bilemem”.
Ersever nedense Babatlar hakkinda ayrintili bilgi vermekten
kaciyordu.
Ersever birinci grupta yer alan Diyarbakir, Bitlis, Bingol,
Elazig, Tunceli hattindaki faili mechul olaylari hakkinda
oldukca bilgiliydi.
“Bir donem basin bir isim uzerinde durdu: Sakalli ! Ozellikle
Tunceli yaptigi isleri ve isledigi cinayetleri SHP Tunceli
Milletvekili Kamer Genc Meclise getirmisti,. Kim bu sakalli?”

I have been reading Hanife for a while now and her exposes really hurt Turkis
pride. Well......the whole world knows what is happening in Southeastern part
of Turkey. No matter how much deny, no matter what your government says, it
seems that PKK is here to stay.
You massacred Armenians in 1915 and got rid of us from Anatolia, however Kurds
are 20 + million and they are giving a hell of a time to your mighty( lol)
army. Turkish government should sit down with them and come some kind of an
arrengement. You are waisitng your country's resources ; men, equipment and
money which you do not have. You Turks are still living in the past glory of
the Ottoman empire. The last significant thing you people did was becoming a
republic, but since then your country has been going down hill. If it was not
for the cold war, you would not have received any help from USA, which
prolonged your agony.
Give it up, make amends with your neighbours, accept the past mistakes and look
forward to better relations with your neighbours in the 21 st Century.
You have a slogan which says "Ne mutlu Turkum diyene". Well ...I do not think
so, you should feel sorry for yourselves. 30 years ago you could go anywhere in
Europe without a visa with your Turkish passport, but now....of boy... every
country requires a visa and they inspect the passports to the minute detail.
What happened?Is a great nation (lol) to be treated like this?.....

their children and wives, their properties destroyed, and the delegation
was a witness to the cruelties. Many Muslim villages have been destroyed
by the soldiers of Armenian troops armed with cannons and machine guns
before the eyes of Karabekir's troops and the people. When it was hoped
that this operation would end, unfortunately since the beginning of
February the cruelties inflicted on the Muslim population of the region
of Shuraghel, Akpazar, Zarshad, and Childir have increased. According
to documented information, 28 Muslim villages have been destroyed in the
aforementioned region, more than 60,000 people have been slaughtered,
many possessions and livestock have been seized, young Muslim women
have been taken to Kars and Gumru, thousands of women and children who
were able to flee their villages were beaten, raped and massacred in the
mountains, and this aggression against the properties, lives, chastity
and honour of the Muslims continued. It was the responsibility of the
Armenian Government that the cruelties and massacres be stopped in order
to alleviate the tensions of Muslim public opinion due to the atrocities
committed by the Armenians, that the possessions taken from the Muslims
be returned and that indemnities be paid, that the properties, lives,
and honour of the Muslims be protected._

_The killings were organized by the doctors and the employers, and
the act of killing was committed solely by the Armenian Army. More
than eighty thousand unarmed and defenceless Muslims have been massacred
in Erzincan and Erzurum. Large holes were dug and the defenceless
Muslims were slaughtered like animals next to the holes. Later, the
murdered Muslims were thrown into the holes. The Armenian who stood
near the hole would say when the hole was filled with the corpses:
'Seventy dead bodies, well, this hole can take ten more.' Thus ten
more Muslims would be cut into pieces, thrown into the hole, and when
the hole was full it would be covered over with soil.
The Armenians responsible for the act of murdering would frequently
fill a house with eighty Muslims, and cut their heads off one by one.
Following the Erzincan massacre, the Armenians began to withdraw
towards Erzurum... The Armenian Army among those who withdrew to
Erzurum from Erzincan raided the Moslem villages on the road, and
destroyed the entire population, together with the villages._

they picked over the carcass of Djul. They hauled out every hovel's
chattels, the last scrap of food or cloth, and staggered away, packing
pots, saddlebags, looms, even spinning-wheels.
'Thank you for a lot, Dro,' I said to him back in camp. 'But now I
must leave.' We shook hands, the captain said 'A bientot, mon camarade.'
And for hours the old Molokan scout and I plodded north across parching
plains. Like Lot's wife I looked back once to see smoke bathing all,
doubtless in a sack of other Moslem villages by the Armenian Army up to
the line of snow that was Iran.'_
