Does anybody else think that these two guys are very similar in the way
they handle humor!? Was Jerry in Madras for while or something??

:)

Naa...aaah! I think S.V is much better. Definitely he has a better
presence of mind.

Agree. And both of them seem to be going down hill. Whatever happened to
Sunda? His roles as "JB" in 'kAttula mazhai', "athimbEr" Sudarshanam in
'Crazy thieves in palavakkam', Director Dharmaraj in 'mahabaarathathil
mangaatha' were superb. Was there a rift beween S.Ve and Sunda. I notice
that his name is hardly mentioned in the credits in the later dramas ('pEriya
thambi' and the like).

The S.Ve-Sunda-Crazy Mohan combination was the best IMHO. Crazy's Madhu
series without S.Ve's timing is pathetic. The less said about the other
comedians (kaathadi Ramamurthy et al) the better.

According to inside info, Sunda is no more. I heard he passed away due to a heart
attack.

There was definitely a rift between SVe and Sunda (ego clash?). So was it, between SVe
and Manager Cheena (another great performer). Remember his roles in
"Mahaabaaradhaththil", "Ellaame Thammashdhaan", etc.?

What a pity! He really was talented. A big loss to the Tamil drama scene.

Cheena , I agree, is talented too. BTW, any idea what charecters were played by
"Biscuit" Gopi or "Biscuit" Ganesan? And which roles did "Macchi" Ramaswamy play? These
people are just names to me. I wish to associate a voice/role to these names.

Cray Thieves in Palavakkam is the best S.Ve drama IMO.

Muthu, You're kidding right? S.Ve is good, no doubt, but doesn't stand
anywhere near JS.
