俄不賣中蘇愷33 中共要自製艦載機

根據最新一期的加拿大「漢和防務評論」報導，根據來自俄羅斯航空工業界的消息，由於和中共的談判始終沒有進展，俄方認為和中共談判出售蘇愷33
型艦載戰鬥機的案子已經「基本死亡」，沒有繼續談判的必要，中共必須以仿造蘇愷33的方式，建立自己的艦載機隊，不過專家認為成功的機會不大。

「漢和防務評論」引述俄羅斯方面的消息指出，俄羅斯原本希望出售40架可以在航空母艦起降的蘇愷33戰鬥機給中共，加上重開生產線需要的投資，
估計需要20億美元，但中共方面只想要七架，導致中俄的談判始終沒有進展，俄方因此認為，這件軍售案「基本死亡」，沒有繼續談判的必要。

俄方人士表示，中共似乎無意進口整架蘇愷33，只想引進製造技術，在過去幾年裡，中共透過烏克蘭取得了一些艦載機使用的關鍵零組件。「漢和防務
評論」發行人平可夫表示，如果俄羅斯決定不出口蘇愷33給中共，中共想要發展航艦兵力，就得自力發展艦載戰鬥機。中共目前正在設法仿造蘇愷33戰機，不
過，據蘇愷飛機製造公司總裁〔波格項〕表示，由於俄羅斯花了20年的時間研發蘇愷33，中共想要仿造蘇愷33戰機將會「非常困難」。
