LUMBAALWERWELS EN BEKKEN
AP en laterale opnames is verkry.
Daar is vorige anterior lumbale fusie op viakke L4/5, L5/S1
Die benige strukture is osteoporoties.
Daar is kroniese diskus degenerasie en vermouing van diskuspassies
L1/L2, L2/L3.
Die bekken en sakrum toon nie benige afwyking nie.
Daar is osteo-artrose van die SI-gewrigte assok beide heupgewrigte.

I think you should ask the Doctor who gave you the report for a
translation. There are far too many medical terms, and no Doctors on
this group... We could try to translate it for you, but the result
could be disastrous.

I do not think that your insurance will
accept a private translation from a news-
group as evidence for insurance purposes.
Therefore I think you will have to go
another route. Why not contact the SA High
Commission in London for an official
translation.
However, if it will be of any help, I will
sum up some of the findings as best I could
for your own private use.
(1) There is evidence in the thoracic aorta
of systemic hypertension.
(2) Although there are signs of hyperinflation
in the heart and lung area, there are
no masses in the lungs.
(3) There is osteoporosis in the lumbar area
and hips, where they found signs of previous
lumbar fusions.
