Driving on the left or the right of the road

I am conducting some research into borders where drivers must switch
between driving on the left side and the right side of the road when
driving across the border.

I am in particular trying to find out the following:

- how many vehicles per year cross the Kenya/Ethopia, Kenya/Sudan,
Namibia/Angola, Somalia/Djibouti, Somalia/Ethopia, Tanzania/Burundi,
Tanzania/DRCongo, Tanzania/Rwanda, Uganda/DRCongo, Uganda/Rwanda,
Uganda/Sudan, Zambia/Angola and Zambia/DRCongo borders.

- what measures are in place at the border crossing points to
facilitate changing between driving on the left and driving on the
right.

There are 30 land borders worldwide where driving is on different
sides of the road on each side of the border. There is more
