If you have access to the net you can meet Somali people all around
the world by connecting to Dalnet (/server irc.dal.net) on mIRC. The
channel is called #Somalia.

There are a lot of people on it already and you need help getting
there you can mail me at ssh...@hotmail.com and I'll try to help you out.
