situation in Mali. No help will be turned away. More expository information

If not a scam and you feel it is important enough to post to ACF, then you should have posted it as a complete post
marked with [OT]. You have been here long enough to know. It appears as a clever way to bypass filters set by some
regular posters. Now you are going to post again.

The accusation that you are a troll and spammer is only being bolstered by this action.
