Probably not this year.
The intention is to go from Schweich in the Mosel over the Hunruck and
into the Rhine valley then head East for Dresden and Poland.

I'm with you on that one. The PDF nearly caused a riot in our local Chinese
takeaway in Auckland 5 or 6 years ago by requesting a broccoli-free
stir-fry. An outrage apparently. It must have been in season as we were
fresh off the boat at the time and ate there a lot and it was Broccoli with
everything. Not that we don't like decent brocolli - just not with
everything, every night.
You could have heard a pin drop. For all of three seconds. Then:
You NO LIKE MY BROCCOLLI?!!!
WHY YOU NO LIKE MY BROCOLLI?!!!
ETC ETC and more ETC.
The entire kitchen staff (at least 5 or 6 chogie clones) appeared in front
of house to witness the owner going apeshit and several passers-by dropped
in for the show. The incident has passed into family folklore and we didn't
even need to embellish the legend it was already so bizarre.
Sheesh - It's a funny old world sometimes.

I quite like 'Okra' - I think we call it 'Lady's Fingers'. My jungle-fresh
African immigrant neighbour was always cooking it. Apparently it is
