Does so little happen in Wales that this is considered a major scandal
requiring resignation?
Or is the guy just a weekend hobbyist minister or something?
Couldn't he have just put the cigar out and said, 'oh sorry, I wasn't
paying attention for a moment.'
I suppose if he'd tried to keep his job he'd have only had to go the
following week for stepping on a dog's toe or something. Is that the
way it works in Wales?

The fucking cad... I shouldn't be surprised if Mr Thomas were not taken
to a hill somewhere and publicly castigated by at least half a dozen
individuals of local consequence.
Okay, that's silly, but at least something would be happening somewhere
in Wales.
