Gen. Retuinskih is seen demonstrating on his North American
representative and head trainer of AARMACS, Scott Sonnon. In this video
you will find a progression from relaxation breathing to elementary
biomechanics to basic acrobatics to simple and complex Russain-Style
Hand-to-hand Combat.
You will find a demonstration of Russian swordsmanship, combat
acrobatics, escort compliance for subject/crowd control, ground
acrobatics, unarmed defenses, knife defense & fighting, quarterstaff
defense & fighting, entrenching tool defense & fighting, handgun

These are the introductory skills taught to elite combat specialist
subdivisions of the Russian Special Forces possessing the universal
combat training security classification of *absolute secrecy* until
1991. Even now it is used as the basic instructor's curriculum for the
Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense and protective
service, MVD special units "Vityaz", Russian Marines of Vladivostok and
Sevastopol, VDV Paratrooper and OMON units, Mink's "Al'fa" units of
Byelorussia, Frontier Troops of Lithuania, and many more elite combat
subdivisions of the Russian Spetsnaz, as well as Russian National and
Olympic Teams, such as the Russian Hockey Team and the Russian Fencing
Team.

taught to the Russian Spetsnaz, the ONLY NTSC format video IN THE WORLD
