attracted by the fire.
In that light , I just hope , eight months after I spoke with Gil that
it will not take some decades for the truth and justice.

article appear (see atachement ) I got again from may Ex-wife this
time an complain for verbal violence .
13 When I publish data regarding the two on the Internet I got an file
from my ex-wife regarding the way I can see my childrens.
14 An complain regarding the issue was filled at the Ashkelon Police
station , after at the
A Police station I was refused to file an complain.
15 I was verbally told by different sources to live the issue out
and my life destroyed in order to make me keep quiet .

In the end of September 2003 after a formal request has been sent to
the Governmental Leagal
Advisor Mr. Amon Rubinshtain , after reviewing my request , Mr.
Rubinshatain concluded that
the right place to coordinate an inquiry in my request will be the
Police.
According to this I filled an complain at the Police Station in A .
Knowing that there is more behind the partial part of the story
brought to Mr. Rubinshtain
, as an loyal citizen of his country ,I have previously contacted the
Shaback trough an Police source and the Mossad trough their Internet
recruiting page ,more then that was I previously to that in an
expressly requested interview with an General and immediately after
the complain in an interview with Mr. Gil in an one our debrief at
Kiria.
Today the file I have filled is no longer on the Police Computers and
according to the Police is
in handled by the Shabak .
I was refused by the Asdod Police station an copy of the leter that
defines the issue between the Police and Shabak .
Today 11 months after the incident I am left with no answers , no
money , no work(2 years) ,no family , no Company and no way to fight
for my rights.
Worst then that although I was more then faithful to my Country I can
not say that I can
see justice today.
I fully understand that are issues which require a country to use
censorship , but I can not see any issue at all that will make a case
for putting things like Torture , Use of Illegal substances against an
Israeli citizen , involvement of the family or worst and any
fundamental human rights alleged violations as an issue on which any
type of censorship can be applied.
Last week new data has been brought in an additional complain , as an
extension to the
Original September complain, this time with the approval of the
Governmental Advisor
Office and the complain was changed as an complain against Australian
and New Zeeland secret services (however I might be wrong and is not
my duty at this time to check if all said by booth Mr. Ilan Sharon and

station on the issue ) and how the State of Israel will request

written explanation in 10 days on how I will be reattributed for the
material and intellectual property taken from me by force in this
special case.

After he join the Exaphotonic Company Mr. Yaron Dror , living in
Modiin on Nahal Sorek Street , specifically declared that he is a
member of the Israeli secret services and for that reason I must do
whatever he said without asking any questions , he is in charge of the
Exapotonic Company.
After that Mr. Yaron Dror begin to show me an unusual high level of
knowledge of my most personals and intimacy details on one hand and
all kind of treats including treats like "we will make you dissappear
, we can do whatever we want , we will make you forget " on the other
hand and all this only in the beginning before reaching higher level
of cruelty and methods known in the human history only in Countries
like Stalin's Russia or North Korea.
I will not describe at this time all the atrocities committed by Mr.
Yaron Dror as he said ,
a messenger of the Israeli secret services.
So self confident was Mr. Yaron Dror , on behalf of his torture
campain ,that after taking position of the Company he did not
hesitated to send me , in another humiliating act ,to make for him an
CEO Business card for the Exaphotonic Company.
My inquiry is as follow :
Is Mr. Yaron Dror a member of any of the Mossad / Shabak / Police etc
and/or similar organization and/or a contractor and/or in other form
involved in other ways with this organizations ?
Was Mr. Yaron Dror on an official mission inside Exaphotonics and by
whom orders ?
If that is yes , has anybody given him permission for a STING
OPERATION inside Exaphotonic ?
If that is yes , has anybody given him permit ion for torture , use of
illegal substances ,intimidation , surveillance and many other things
?
If he is not linked to the above organization , I belive what he has

I believe this is not just coincidence and I request to be checked if
my ex-wife is under
any kind of pressure ,treats , or else from the side of Mr. Yaron
Dror and Ilan Sharon.
Against the two stands besides the complains at the Police station
stands an open file at
the Court House in A. It is at least in my view that tempering with
the people involved in this file by applying pressure of any kind will
be suppressio veri in an sub judice case.

1.Sometime after I begin working at Brightcom Company I was developing
new ideas
in the Holography business.
One of the ideas , an patentable one was , Band reduction in 3
dimensional television
- Holovideo .
2. The only 2 persons with which I have shared only small parts of
the idea and were capable of
understanding the process where Mr. Ilan Sharon and some Polish born
Doctor in
Electro optics which I meet at the Nandos Restaurant , while Mr. Ilan

3. An exact subset of my original idea appear less then a year
afterwards as a registered patent
in an European country.
4. In the context of my previous letters I believe this is a hard case
of Industrial espionage .
5. I request an investigation on how this information was passed to a
third part.
6. Intellectual property shall be one of the most precious assets for
an high tech country like
Israel , which shall do the most in order to protect that asset .

Worst then all , Mr. Yaron knew several months ahead of me that I will

More then that I invented an sexual escapade with my school teacher in

Indeed since then my sleep is disturbed daily by all kind of
environmental noise.
An separate complain will be filled on that and other types of attacks
, dirty tricks and misconducts agains me and my family .
More then that I know that an simulation of that forum , verbal
argumentation of one against
several was done at the time of my last active duty while Mr. A.D. was
present.
I do not know who and why sold me , but I know I was sold and at least
in one occasion Ashkiutsa is not an innocent bystander.
At the time , before the meltdown , somebody which did not identify
well try to convince me over an ICQ conversation to leave Israel and
go to London .
Somebody (women) from Australia try several times to contact me from
different ICQ forums.
This are just very few details from so many that exist regarding this
affair.
