SI PRACTICILE SALE "DEMOCRATICE"
15 Noembrie 1933: Caderea guvernului Vaida si venirea la putere a guvernului
liberal sub conducerea lui I.G. Duca - cu Nicolae Titulescu la externe, avand
ca misiune, nimicirea Miscarii Legionare. Dizolvarea parlamentului si fixarea
noilor alegeri pentru 20 Decembrie. Miscarea Legionara intra in campania
electorala cu mare avant, avand liste in 66 de judete. Mare curent pentru
Legiune.
20 Noembrie 1933: Ziarul "Calendarul" este suspendat pe timp de 12 zile pentru
un articol impotriva camarilei (Lupeasca). Intra in lupta pentru sustinerea
Legiunii, ziarul "Cuvantul" condus de Prof. Nae Ionescu.
22 Noembrie 1933: Studentul legionar Virgil Teodorescu este impuscat de politie
la Constanta, in timp ce lipea afise electorale. Este primul legionar cazut in
lupte (cea dintai jertfa a Legiunii).
28 Noembrie 1933: Este asasinat la Iasi legionarul Nita Constantin.
4 Decembrie 1933: Capitanul Corneliu Z. Codreanu da o circulara prin care
infiereaza prigoana dezlantuita de guvernul liberal si arata ca autor -asasini
si schingiuitori ai legionarilor pe: I.G. DUCA, Niculae Titulescu, Victor
iamandi, Inculet, Victor Antonescu, Valer Roman, gen. Dumitrescu, com.
jandarmilor si Eugen Cristescu, directorul general al Sigurantei. Circulara a
fost publicata si in ziarul "Cuvantul" din 24 Decembrie 1933 sub titlul: "Un
cuvant in chestiunea Garzii de Fier".
10 Decembrie 1933: A treia dizolvare a Garzii de Fier. Guvernul liberal al lui
I. G. Duca dizolva Garda de Fier, pentru a o impiedica sa participe la alegeri,
deoarece curentul in masse devenise foarte puternic. Peste 20.000 de legionari
sunt arestati in noaptea de 9 spre 10 Decembrie 1933. Legionarii sunt scosi in
afara legii, schingiuiti si aruncati in temni- te. Capitanul Corneliu Z.
Codreanu, urmarit pentru a fi ucis, nu este gasit.. Toate publicatiile
legionare sunt suprimate, sediile devastate si inchise.
12 Decembrie 1933: Este asasinat legionarul Balaianu Nicolae, plugar, Vlasca.
12 Decembrie 1933: Este asasinat legionarul Toader Toma, croitor, Tecuci.
29/30 Decembrie 1933:Eliberat din inchisoarea Jilava in ziua de 29 Decembrie,
Comandantul Legionar Sterie Ciumetti, este asasinat miseleste de politie in
noaptea de 29/30 Dec., iar cadavrul sau aruncat in lacul Fundeni (langa
Ostrov), dela marginea Bucurestiului.
29/30 Decembrie 1933: Pe peronul garii Sinaia, este P E D E P S I T
prim-ministrul liberal-criminal I.G. Duca, care a ordonat prigoana salbatica
impotriva Garzii de Fier si asasinatele pomenite mai sus.
30 Decembrie 1933: Este asasinat legionarul Gheorghe Bujgoli, colonist
Dobrogea.
12 Ianuarie 1934: este asasinat legionarul Negrea Gheorghe, plugar din Fardea,
Severin, s.a.m.d.

Ba pardon, ca dupa cele 9 luni de armata obligatorie, am "trecut in
rezerva cu gradul de caporal. Dupa facultate m-au chemat la comisariat
pentru a ma trimite o luna, sau 2 saptamani, din nou in bocanci pentru
a fi "avansat" la gradul de sublocotenent in rezerva. Atunci le-am declarat
ca nu am nevoie de gradul lor si asa am ramas doar caporal.

Sigur ca da tovarase capitan, dar ce sa faca si baiatul, a supt, si-a dat seama

Nu am mintit in nici un fel autoritatile SUA, ba mai mult, lucrez direct

Nu am ajuns in SUA nici pe baza de azil politic, nici "casatorie", cazuri
in care unii triseaza. Revoltator este faptul ca unii asazisi refugiati
