No hablo muy bien el espan~ol ...entonces escribo en ingles.

I would like to get any and all recipes for peruvian food. Whether it be
Lomo Saltado, Ceviche, Seco, Chaufa, Papa la Huanca??llina, etc...

I am peruvian but would like to give recipes to freinds. I only eat at
