BBC has broadcast a special interview with Mr. Nusli Neville Wadia famous
Indian industrialist , Company director and Chairman of various Indian

father of Pakistan. In the interview Mr. Wadia has criticised the role of his
grandfather on the creation of a separate Muslim state Pakistan.
It's even more surprising that Jinnah's only daughter Dinah Wadia now settled
in New York is also critical of her father's role and the creation of Pakistan.
The BBC interview is sure going to create furor in Pakistan.

PML condemns malicious propaganda against Jinnah
ISLAMABAD : The Pakistan Muslim League of deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif
has taken strong notice of the publication of an interview of Quaid-e-Azam
Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s maternal grandson Nosli Wadia, broadcast by BBC.

“BBC in collusion with the Indian government and the anti-Islam and
anti-Pakistan forces is out to lower the image of the national heroes of
Pakistan in the eyes of its people and damage the integrity of Pakistan,” said
Chaudhry Khurshid Zaman, PML’s former parliamentary for defence, in a statement
here Tuesday.

Zaman said that it was not for the first time but in the past BBC had also
broadcast such malicious interviews and reports, aimed at damaging the
integrity of Pakistan.

“Unfortunately, some national newspapers are also falling a victim to this
campaign of the enemies inadvertently which is detrimental to the interests of
the country and its people,” he said.

The PML leader said though the newspaper had defended the person of the Quaid
in the end of the story, the headline and the slugs had served the purpose of
the enemies. He said that instead of publishing the story, the newspaper should
have alarmed the entire nation against the propaganda.

The newspaper should have “defended the Quaid’s person and registered a strong
protest with the broadcast for broadcasting such sponsored interviews but
unfortunately it failed to do so,” Zaman said.

The former parliamentary secretary for defence said that newspapers were
defenders of the ideology of Pakistan and a symbol of the national thinking. He
said if they fell victim to such sinister moves of the enemy, it would weaken
the country which should be avoided.

The PML leader requested the newspapers to avoid publishing such interviews
which only and only served the purpose of the enemy.
