Havamal author popthrough has been applied

that the author of Havamal 138--141 was an avatar type
similar to Taliesin, Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Jacob,
Moses, Jesus, and many more.

The popthrough of that avatar type was applied about
an hour ago.

I'm not sure if warning signs for criminals are on yet,
but there should be charisma modulation, and read
