Most of this stuff can be done using MS Word 6.0 and other
wordprocessors. I use (and recommend) the one I just
named. In MS Word, go to insert, select symbol and pick
the ones you need. Use underline for dotted vowels. You
can also use CTRL + ' or CTRL + ` for high and low tones
respectively. Good luck!

MS Word is not good for Yoruba characters with sublinear marks. The
underline feature, so far as I know, is not the right mark. Wordperfect 7
is very good with the Compose feature which Word lacks.

Hello Villagers,

With all the mental powers we have on this naijanet, u mean no Nigerian
software engineer can design Yoruba fonts. I suggested to one Nigerian
electrical engineering professor about designing such a software. I still
did hear from him. I'll show him these postings to prove to him that
there is demand. Can u help Taiwo Aiyedun or Egbon Abeeb Dayo Adebayo.
Let me know what u find villager I need Yoruba fonts also for the Mac...
This an opportunity f4
software engineers on the net remember to register your trademark and
copyrights and negoiate good contract arrangements when u license your
products...........
