the Police Force. Four commissioners were elevated in acting capacity to
the post of Assistant Inspector-General (AIG) while two deputy
commissioners, including Mr Tunji Alapinni, former Force spokesman got
promoted as commissioners. Besides, four AIGs and 16 other commissioners
