Dear Lawson-Jack,

You seem rather wounded over this matter. Hence, you're
behaving like Kanzi's "mad dog". Now, I can see your problem.
I offer some friendly advice. Return to your lab, and do what you're good
at.
Leave that which is outside your domain (and above your "competence")
to those who are appropriately equipped to deal with it. It's good advice.
And it's awuf! The wise ones amongst us will immediately see the
points (undeniable facts/charges ) I have made. That's why they
conceded defeat in "grace".

Best wishes,

Abba

Netters:

Our most "brill" Abba had said:

"Like every other civilized human being, I condemn, in the strongest
possible terms, the murderers of Prof. Bandipo (and all other victims of
similar despicable act)."

And

"The murder of Prof. Bandipo, like all murders of other Nigerians, is
most unfortunate.I sincerely hope that justice should take its course"

Then, he said

"Let's see whether you and your hypocritical crowd will put TRIBALISM aside
(for once) and go from one world capital to another, like you did in the
Saro-Wiwa case, asking for sanctions to prevent the Nigerian Government
from, or
punish it for, executing the convicts - ALL OR MOSTLY NORTHERNERS.
Let's see you include their names or case in your list of victims of
General Abatcha's military dictatorship. We shall see with our
kuru-kuru eyes whether you and your band of ambulance chasers and foreign
sponsors (paymasters) PLACE THE SAME VALUE ON HUMAN LIFE."

And

"I also strongly condemn the blatant hypocrisy of those loud voices
that PRETENDED to care about justice over the Ogoni 9 killings in
military-ruled Nigeria for CHOOSING not to PLACE THE SAME VALUE ON THE
LIVES OF THE ZARIA 20 for the simple (and obvious) reason that the victims
are largely from the "WRONG" ethnic background."
=======

NOW, isn't the duplicity most obvious! If Abba believed justice has taken
its course in the case of the Zaria 20, why is he clamouring for a debate
and accussing others for failing to take up (internationalize) their case
for tribalistic and ethnic reasons? What would be the purpose of such an
exercise? To punish Abacha and his govt. for DOING THE RIGHT THING? To
overturn the judgement?

The little snake!

Best wishes,

S Lawson-Jack

Mr Lawson-Jack,

It's obvious you have absolutely nothing to offer on this.
You said NOTHING. And I don't think your ridiculous claims
ought to be dignified with my response.

Best wishes,

Abba

Abba:

Gotcha! You've come clean as I thought you would. I never thought for a
moment
you cared about Prof. Bandipo's brutal murder or capital punishment or
justice
or any of the grandiose stuff you're ranting about. Your bait to Bolaji and
his pdmers has been exposed. Your agenda was to initiate a debate, raise
some
dust, tag on pdmers and hope to create a raison de tre for the eventual
release of the convicted murderers of the good Prof. You disgust me! Your
masters will surely feel disappointed you did not deliver this time.

Are you familiar with the case of Gen. Zamani Lekwot? Was he accused and
tried
for anything less than what Ken Saro-Wiwa was accused and tried for? I hear
Gen Lekwot is doing very well. Isn't that cleric El Zazzakky or something
still out there?

Abba, you ain't different from the ones before you. Your sole purpose in
life
is to defend and protect the status quo of domination unjustly created for
you. You've been nutured and schooled to do just that. You're incapable of
any
altruistic thought. And you wonder why I sound "arrogant"? But you've got
to
be a lot smatter to take Nigerians for another long ride to nowhere.

You see, you couldn't fool Naijanetters by the "clever" similarity you
tried
to draw between the Ogoni Nine and Kaduna (or is it Zaria?) Twenty. Do you
realize how stupid you look to try to make that comparison? I've said all I
needed to say about the ZariaTwenty in my previous mails.

One little thing, though. The people of the Niger Delta, being human, can
only
tolerate suffering, oppression and injustice up to some limit. When that
threshold is exceeded, they will do what all oppressed people every e me of
being paid to
air my views? Paid by whom? I challenge ANYONE to prove that I am being
(or have ever been) paid to say anything or "defend" anyone on the net.
How dare you claim falsely and ignorantly that the Ogoni and other Niger
Delta peoples suffer more injustice than any other minorities or the poor
among the majorities
of Nigerian people? How dare you have the nerve to be so parochial? How
dare...
well, I better shut my mouth up for now.

In a lighter note, Mr Lawson-Jack, just because you make more noise than
others doesn't mean that other people in Nigeria are not suffering great
injustices. With due respect Lawson, I can see you're ignorant of what
happens outside Niger Delta and you seems
to take a short-term view of Nigerian history.

But go find out and you will realise that well over 5,000 lives have been
lost in northern parts of Nigeria in the past eight or so years; that
several eastern or northern parts of Nigeria have been wrestling with the
problem of environmental degradation -- going back to even before the
Second World War, like the coal, cement and tin mining areas; and that
these peoples have never sought to WRECK the country because of their own
grievances.

My dear Lawson-Jack, just because you come from the old Rivers State (which
produces oil) doesn't entitle you to a monopoly of sound moral virtues or
grievances. Beyond the hypocritical fad of pro-Ogoni this, pro-Ogoni that,
tell me what you have ever done to advance the lives of the Ogoni or even
your own villagers, not to mention other Nigerian villagers. All you offer
are grand-standing platitudes like these:

"I hope those involved in the barbaric murder of Prof. Bandipo (MHSRIPP)
will be punished to the full extent of the law AFTER A DUE PROCESS. Anyone
among the convicted twenty who is innocent must be set free immediately."

Yet, you refuse to discuss the wider issues raised by the affair, what
constitutes a "due process", what your own personal standpoint is (re the
Bandipo killing) except what the law provides (then, what are you telling
us
that's new?), and what should or shouldn't be done in response to the
question of capital punishment in Nigeria in view of the
internationalization of the matter since the Ogoni 9 executions?
These are simple questions you failed to even contemplate.

Moreover, who do you think you're to demand that "anyone among the
convicted twenty who is innocent must be set free immediately" ? You think
mouthing such platitudes rather than frank debates advances our
understanding of, or shapes our attitude to, the question of capital
punishment? By the way, what makes you think in your supreme wisdom(?) that
you know the facts better than the LAWFUL COURT that found the Zaria 20
guilty of Bandipo's murder that you're even PEREMPTORILLY calling for the
release of the innocent among them? How arrogant can one be!

Lawson, I have taken the trouble to expose ANOTHER of Bolaji's (and his
fellow "pdmers'")
selective amnesia and amazing hypocrisy so that the world may know how much
premium
they (and apparently you) place on the lives of other humans----whose
campaign
for justice will NOT provide what ONLY matters to them....MONEY. I doubt
if, from now
on, any serious Netter will listen to either Bolaji or any of his fellow
ambulance chasers
talk on issues related to human rights or justice (for all).

Best wishes,

Malam Abba (calling for General Abatcha to pardon MKO this year)

Dear Lawson-Jack,

Nothing to declare. Like your other buddies from Diobu (sorry okn)
and Ekiti, whenever you can't get your way, you seems to resort to
"blackmail and brutality". I don't think this is good for you. Meanwhile,
keep watching me if that relieves your misery.

Best wishes as always,

Abba

PM<br>&gt; <br>&gt; Abba:<br>&gt; <br>&gt; Gotcha! You've come clean as =
I thought you would. I never thought for a moment<br>&gt; you cared =
about Prof. Bandipo's brutal murder or capital punishment or =
justice<br>&gt; or any of the grandiose stuff you're ranting about. Your =
bait to Bolaji and<br>&gt; his pdmers has been exposed. Your agenda was =
to initiate a debate, raise some<br>&gt; dust, tag on pdmers and hope to =
create a raison de tre for the eventual<br>&gt; release of the convicted =
murderers of the good Prof. You disgust me! Your<br>&gt; masters will =
surely feel disappointed you did not deliver this time.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; =
Are you familiar with the case of Gen. Zamani Lekwot? Was he accused and =
tried<br>&gt; for anything less than what Ken Saro-Wiwa was accused and =
tried for? I hear<br>&gt; Gen Lekwot is doing very well. Isn't that =
cleric El Zazzakky or something<br>&gt; still out there?<br>&gt; =
<br>&gt; Abba, you ain't different from the ones before you. Your sole =
purpose in life<br>&gt; is to defend and protect the status quo of =
domination unjustly created for<br>&gt; you. You've been nutured and =
schooled to do just that. You're incapable of any<br>&gt; altruistic =
thought. And you wonder why I sound &quot;arrogant&quot;? But you've got =
to<br>&gt; be a lot smatter to take Nigerians for another long ride to =
nowhere.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; You see, you couldn't fool Naijanetters by the =
&quot;clever&quot; similarity you tried<br>&gt; to draw between the =
Ogoni Nine and Kaduna (or is it Zaria?) Twenty. Do you<br>&gt; realize =
how stupid you look to try to make that comparison? I've said all =
I<br>&gt; needed to say about the ZariaTwenty in my previous =
mails.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; One little thing, though. The people of the =
Niger Delta, being human, can only<br>&gt; tolerate suffering, =
oppression and injustice up to some limit. When that<br>&gt; threshold =
is exceeded, they will do what all oppressed people every where =
do.<br>&gt; Fight! And that will be in spite of you, anyone or anything =
else.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; <br>&gt; Rgds.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; S =

&nbsp;Bolajism?<br>&gt; <br>&gt; Regardless of Bolaji's own views and =

sentence (Zaria 20)raises fundamental questions of importance<br>&gt; =

equally importantly I think, questions<br>&gt; about our<br>&gt; sense =

sectionalist or tribalistic agendas. Nigerians like you, who =
loudly<br>&gt; proclaim<br>&gt; your tribal innocence, are to be found =

life<br>&gt; more than anyone else? How dare you falsely claim you're an =
independent<br>&gt; spirit? How dare you maliciously and childishly(I =
must say) accuse me of<br>&gt; being paid to<br>&gt; air my views? Paid =
by whom? &nbsp;I challenge ANYONE to prove that I am being<br>&gt; (or =
have ever been) paid to say anything or &quot;defend&quot; anyone on the =
net.<br>&gt; How dare you claim falsely and ignorantly that the Ogoni =
and other Niger<br>&gt; Delta peoples suffer more injustice than any =
other minorities or the poor<br>&gt; among the majorities<br>&gt; of =
Nigerian people? How dare you have the nerve to be so parochial? =
&nbsp; How<br>&gt; dare...<br>&gt; well, I better shut my mouth up for =
now.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; In a lighter note, Mr Lawson-Jack, just because =
you make more noise than<br>&gt; others doesn't mean that other people =
in Nigeria are not suffering great<br>&gt; injustices. With due respect =
Lawson, I can see you're ignorant of what<br>&gt; happens outside Niger =
Delta and you seems<br>&gt; to take a short-term view of Nigerian =
history.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; But go find out and you will realise that well =
over 5,000 lives have been<br>&gt; lost in northern parts of Nigeria in =
the past eight or so years; that<br>&gt; several eastern or northern =
parts of Nigeria have been wrestling with the<br>&gt; problem of =
environmental degradation -- going back to even before the<br>&gt; =
Second World War, like the coal, cement and tin mining areas; and =
that<br>&gt; these peoples have never sought to WRECK the country =
because of their own<br>&gt; grievances.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; My dear =

Lawson-Jack, just because you come from the old Rivers State =

(which<br>&gt; produces oil) doesn't entitle you to a monopoly of sound =
moral virtues or<br>&gt; grievances. Beyond the hypocritical fad of =
pro-Ogoni this, pro-Ogoni that,<br>&gt; tell me what you have ever done =
to advance the lives of the Ogoni or even<br>&gt; your own villagers, =
not to mention other Nigerian villagers. All you offer<br>&gt; are =
grand-standing platitudes like these:<br>&gt; <br>&gt; &quot;I hope =
those involved in the barbaric murder of Prof. Bandipo (MHSRIPP)<br>&gt; =
will be punished to the full extent of the law AFTER A DUE PROCESS. =
Anyone<br>&gt; among the convicted twenty who is innocent must be set =
free immediately.&quot;<br>&gt; <br>&gt; Yet, you refuse to discuss the =
wider issues raised by the affair, what<br>&gt; constitutes a &quot;due =
process&quot;, what your own personal standpoint is (re the<br>&gt; =

Bandipo killing) except what the law provides (then, what are you =

telling<br>&gt; us<br>&gt; that's new?), and what should or shouldn't be =
done in response to the<br>&gt; question of capital punishment in =
Nigeria in view of the<br>&gt; internationalization of the matter since =
the Ogoni 9 executions?<br>&gt; These are simple questions you failed to =
even contemplate.<br>&gt; <br>&gt; Moreover, who do you think you're to =
demand that &quot;anyone among the<br>&gt; convicted twenty who is =
innocent must be set free immediately&quot; ? You think<br>&gt; mouthing =
such platitudes rather than frank debates advances our<br>&gt; =
understanding of, or shapes our attitude to, the question of =
capital<br>&gt; punishment? By the way, what makes you think in your =
supreme wisdom(?) that<br>&gt; you know the facts better than the LAWFUL =
COURT that found the Zaria 20<br>&gt; guilty of Bandipo's murder that =
you're even PEREMPTORILLY calling for the<br>&gt; release of the =
innocent among them? How arrogant can one be!<br>&gt; <br>&gt; Lawson, I =
have taken the trouble to expose ANOTHER of Bolaji's (and his<br>&gt; =
fellow &quot;pdmers'&quot;)<br>&gt; selective amnesia and amazing =
hypocrisy so that the world may know how much<br>&gt; premium<br>&gt; =
they (and apparently you) place on the lives of other =
humans----whose<br>&gt; campaign<br>&gt; for justice will NOT provide =
what ONLY matters to them....MONEY. &nbsp;I doubt<br>&gt; if, from =
now<br>&gt; on, any serious Netter will listen to either Bolaji or any =
of his fellow<br>&gt; ambulance chasers<br>&gt; talk on issues related =
