I received 2 different emails by different individuals but nearly the same
emails. One from:

The same as the email below except the owner of the account is U. WILLIAMS &
CO LTD and the amount involved is 56 MILLION USD.

Can someone check who originated this?

BUSINESS PROPOSAL
