Sorry about the Turkish but what I am saying above amounts to this.... Yes,
I do approve of you giving this link. Years ago I had read the Bible more or
less from cover to cover and couldn't believe my eyes especially when
reading the Old Testament which had caused me to think deeply how if there
is really a God he could be so bloodthirsty.
But aren't all religions just myths? Though I don't know much about
Buddhism, it seems to me that it is the most logical religion if we accept
Buddhism as a religion that is. Though to me Buddhism is more a philosophy
of life than a religion. But let me add right here and now that Buddhism is
corrupted from within just like all other religious establishments and
institutions.

4) Laws of Rape (Deuteronomy 22:28-29 NLT)
"If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not engaged,
he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he must marry the
young woman because he violated her, and he will never be allowed to divorce her."
What kind of lunatic would make a rape victim marry her attacker?
Answer: God.

It is clear that God doesn't give a damn about the rape victim.
He is only concerned about the violation of another mans "property".

Once again God approves of forcible rape.

Religion is a product of primitive thinking. How on earth do you explain
the FACT that the more intelligent you are the less likely you are to be
religous. Seems like the dumb superstitous people need to think about that
