Heinrich, what made you think this post is relevant to
alt.terrorism.wold-trade-center ?

Interesting. Would be even more interesting if I understood what
"operational budgetary balance" and "after deduction of UK
rebate" meant.

Do these figures account for the effect of the CAP ? Two views
of the CAP :

http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAC
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Agricultural_Policy

Not surprisingly, the English article is a lot more critical :

"The CAP is disproportionately favourable to certain areas of
the EU, notably France, Spain, and Portugal. Spain and
Portugal also benefit from other EU development funds. These
countries receive large amounts of money at the expense of
other countries, especially Germany and the UK. This was a
major factor in Margaret Thatcher's successful negotiation of
an annual "rebate" in 1984."

Actually he never was a cowpoke.. But if you need a cow poked...Try
Ed-the -racist-Jew.. Or Lapert.. either of those are into fucking

He will probably use his friendships in the ME to keep Arab oil flowing

Given the widespread damage to Europe caused by the Nazis, it's probably
just that they conrtribute most and perhaps they should continue to do so.

I would suggest they make a further anual donation of 2 billion Euros to
Israel as well.

Looks like a system of punishing the winners and rewarding the loosers.
Typical Euro approach. Also looks like the French are not paying
their share. It's incredible that the British are paying so much more
than the French and that butthead Chriac is complaining that they are
not paying more.
