Whenever we are out west we notice the crowds around the liquor stores
on and around the Reservations. The poorer the folks the longer the
lines it seems.
The Councils and Chiefs, of these People had better get a grip on the
problem now or it may never be solved.
Find things for these people to do and then get beer and liquor off the
Reservations.
You don't see this problem with eastern Tribes to nowhere this degree.
The People are happier, generally.
