If he fathered the child without marrying the mother, he is guilty of Zena
which is punishable under Sharia law by stoning to death. Is the Sharia
Court or people administrating this Law going to do anything about it?

Do a DNA check on the daughter and compare that with the sultan who is
accused of fathering the child. If the Sultan is not guilty, he should have
no fears

indicating they are of royal descent. No one had objected to such titles
