about to get married very soon. S.B.Raja Kumar will tied the not as soon as
he finish directing the film "Yen Uyir Neethaane". It seems that most of the
people in the cinefield are ready to settle down after having lived the
attractive life of bachelors.

The new film "Kalyana Kalaattaa" is been produced by Malar Balu for "Malar
Films". The hero and heroine are Sathyaraj and Manthra. The cinematography was
done by Raja Ratnam. The Story and dialogue were written by K.Jeevakumaran.
The screenplay was written by Raj Kapoor who also directed the movie.

C.Renganathan is directing the new movie , for 'Kamalam Cine
Combines'. The producer is K.Murugan. The cast members are Nepolian, Vignesh,
Sunderrajan,
Preetha and others act in this. The music was composed by Ilayaraja.
The film's inauguration party took place at Kusaldoss Garden, situated at
Poonamallee
high road, Chennai. The inauguration of the shooting for the movie was done by
the famous director Shankar. The scenes that were acted for the inauguration
was the ones done by Sujatha, Vignesh and Preetha.
Some of the people who took part in the function gala were directors
R.Sunderrajan, Actors Sathyaraj, Thambi Kannanthaanam, Manchula, Vijaya Kumar,
actresses Manjula,Jai Ganesh, Sunder C., Kalanjiam,Balu Anand, Partiban,
Ramba, S.P.Rajakumar, Ilayaraja, producer K,Balachandran.
The function was hosted by the producer K.Murugan, production supervisor

The realeased of the new Tamil film "Kai Vilakku" gave place to an
inautguration party as always. The function was held in the A.V.M. Studio,
Kodambaakkam, Chennai. The movie was produced by Richard Rajasekar. The story,
screenplay and dialogue were written by M.N.Ethiraj, who is also directing the
movie. The music was composed by M.S.Dhaasan. The main actors are Rajiv Krishna
and Sangeetha.
The Chief Guests at of this Pooja function were the President of Tamil Film
Producers' Association K.R.G., and A.V.M.Saravanan. A.V.M.Saravanan whished the
best of luck to K.R.G with a roja maalai. The 'Kuththu Vilakku' was lighted by
the actress Devayaani inaugurating the ceremony.
Actress Sangeetha, Iswarya, Vijaya Singh, actors Suresh Menon,Sathiyaraj, Mohan
Ram Naidu,Rajiv Krishna were present. The hosty of the ceremoni were Director
Ethiraj, P.R.O. Sura and Mohan Ram Naidu.

A new film was produced by the famous Telugu producer Pratap Raju who is
producing his first Tamil movie for "Pratap Sai Enterprises". The hero of the
movie is Sarath Kumar in a new kind of rol. The heroine is Vijayasanthi with
another heroine. No title has been finalized.
Two other important actors are Vijayakumar and Raguvaran. The dialogue was
written by R.S.Puvan. The story, screenplay were written by R.K.Selvaman, who
also directed it. The film shooting is scheduled for July 25th in Chennai. This
is the first film in which Sarath Kumar acts with Vijayasanthi, an explosive
combinaison indeed.

We were able to admire World beauty queen Aishwarya Rai's beauty in two film
so far. The first one was Mani Ratnam's "Iruvar" where she is breathtaking. She
conquered the audience by her beauty. Even the hero of the film Mohanla was

breathtaking in all scenes involving glamorous dresses.
The second film where we were able to see her was Shankar's "Jeans". However
some people are of the opinion that Aishwarya Rai is not as breath taking when

for actresses for whom acting glamoursely is not a problem, as the more

is more based on tradition and does not adapt very easily to changes or to
modern taste. Whereas Tamil field is well balanced in both glamour and
traditions, says Suvalatsumi. This argument seem to be the base for her
preference.

This scene involved Swathi and Karthik. However since she had refused to dance
the chance was offered to Anusha.
