The Lao Ambassador to the UN, Mr. Yong Chanthalagnsy and his Communist
internet junkie crony, DKJ, are now armed with with specific agendas
and instructions from the General Secretary of the Lao People's
Revolutionary Party and Lao PDR President, Lieutenant General
Choummaly Sayasone...and are unleashing the same old tired, and now
classic, Communist propaganda.
It's so classic for Communist die-hards from the Politburo and the
Central Committee to use Party Central Committee member Dr Chaleun
Yiapaoher and other ethnic Hmong Communist henchmen to deflect world
criticsms, especially criticisms from the Hmong diaspora community.
This is EXACTLY the kind of sinister regime of Communism propaganda
that was used by the Pathet Lao to divide and conquer the Hmong inside
Laos a generation ago. And in the new year and new milenia of 2010,
the same bygone mindset is now passed on to a new generation of
Communist hardliners.
The purposeful use of Hmong Communist leaders in attempts to quell and
difuse criticsms by international governments, world bodies and
international human rights organizations...speaks DIRECTLY to the
strategy of the Lao PDR regime as a government who is INTENT on using
ethincity as a political tool, something that DIRECTLY CONTRADICTS the
very idelogy of the Hammer and Sickle.
When you have Communist die-hard leaders within the Lao PDR who are
willing to contradict and ignore their own political ideology for
personal gain (becoming capitalists and a new class of social elits as
admitted by Yong, and leaders who have absolute power, like the
Choumaly and the Politburo)...that's when you, as individuals and as a
nation have DEFINED and PROVIDED yourself to be nothing more than
AUTHORITARIANS.
Some would say that this is smart politics by the Lao Politburo and
Communist hardliners in the Lao PDR to use Hmong against Hmong, but
ultimately this means that moderate and 21st Century Laotians who want
to be part of the international economy join the chorus of the
international political community will have to wait yet another
generation, and another generation. And Communism will have died
another death with this kind of ethnic division, perpetrated by Lao
Communist leaders.
It's really too bad that when pushed comes to shove, the hardline Lao
Communist Leaders (with strong Vietnamese influence) win again, and
ordinary Laotians will continue to poor, uneducated, second class
peasants...and unbeknowst even to themselves, will continue to fly
it's Hammer and Sickle...in the face of the interconnected world where
that sort of image has been long dead and buried.
Chaleun Yiapaoher known as one brillant hmong in laos but even today,
he is a poor man, he still has no house to live. he is minister but
live in a haunted house belong to vang pao younger brother. he is
minister because his wife, the daughter of vietminh commander in Laos
known as Viet xuan hung - spent all his life fighting and die in laos
in 1986. now the lao is using chaleun and mr tong ger thao and be
their mouth piece to say that hmong in laos all ok look after.
no ouside, no UN can see hmong returneas,..why?
good thinking for every one.

Hmong Ethnic represents about 6.8% of Lao population. As of today,
there are Hmong in all sphere of the Lao society and in most sector,
Hmong representation exeeded 10%.
- Out of 11 Members of the Politburo of the Lao Peoples' Revolutionary
Party, Madame Pany Yathortou is in Politburo = almost 10%
- There are 6 Ministers and Deputy Minister from Hmong ethnic;
- There are 6 Governors of the province and the Mayor of Vientiane
capital is Sombath Yialyher;
- There is a dozen of Members of the National Assembly who are Hmong
ethnic;
- The is one General in the Lao people's Army and another one in the
National Police. Both of them are Hmong ethnic;
- There are many dozen General Directors in all administrations who
are Hmong ethnic;
- In all provinces where there is Hmong population, the graduted in
primary, junior and senior secondary exeeds 12%.
This is the result of Meritocracy and this is the reality of Lao PDR.

DKJ II,
Having more Hmong Slave Leadership in the LPDR Goverment than the
Hmong Populations means something, for LPDR's AGENDA. Other then that,
the Hmong Slave Leadership in the LPDR Gov means no thing. THe Hmong
Leadership with the LPDR is like the Black Slave with the White in the
1890. Hmong Slave Leadership in the LPDR gov. are scared of your LPDR
and they can not even meet themselfe.
This is a old technic propagenda. Hmong have a small population but
Hmong have alot of more on the LPDR gov. Fuck you.
Hmong Freedom II, LPDR's enemy
Isn't amazing that for the blood of thousands of hmong whom had shed
protecting the nation of Laos, these few UNIMPORTANT positsions you
mentioned are the best the LPDR can honor the Hmong's sacrifiice? You
are one pathethic man who has no shame whatsoever! Who do you take us
for?
jim
To move a nation forward, you must ELECT those who have good vision to
take the country forward, regardless of their national origin. A cave-
dwelling commie Hmong official who received his education in a third
grade will not be able to lead anyone for a change. You can SELECTED
hundreds of Hmong persons to filling all level of your government
positions without clear vision, moral, and ethical, cultural values
will not do any good for any Hmong or Lao people in Laos.
In commie system, you SELECT the uneducated ones for leaders so you
can brainwash or program they to kill. We have seen enough of Kramer
Rouge system that SELECTed its young boys and girls to for leaders.
They had killed 1/3 of its citizens. In addition, Culture revolution
carried out by Chair Mao killed approximately 30 millions of its own
people. The idea of Chinese old philosophy "divide and conquer" is
dead in our modern time.

Simple...One don't need to look every far. LPDR's economic plan is to
trade Lao timber, gold, copper mines, and dams for dirt roads. They
will tell the Chinese that there are mountains of hundreds of years
old pine trees all over Laos and if Chinese can construct dirt roads
to get to them, the trees are Chinese. Also, tell Aussie that there
are mountains of gold, coppers, iron on the mountainous regions, if
Aussie can build dirt roads to them, these natural resources are
theirs. In addition, Viets build hotels to trade for rubber tree
plantations in Southern Laos. These are a few example of LPDR
economic planning for themselves.
So where is the old Lao saying" Lao hed Lao xai, Lao dai Lao pin" ???
not exist!!! How does Commie gonna get "sack yu nai din, xin yu nai
nam" out to use??? Never!!!! Bribery is what commie leaders go
after....
This is not new. It's happened pre-1975. It's happened with Hmong Lao
militiary generals and commanders who were sent to hunt down the Hmong
in the jungle. And now, this. What this ultimately reveals is the true
nature of the Lao PDR's flawed ideology of the Hammer and Sickle,
where supposedly, in theory, the "multi-ethnic" population lives in a
perfect, harmonious Communist utopia.
The use of "Hmong on Hmong" politics is a direct CONTRADICTION to the
very ideology espoused by the founders of Communism, and the leaders
of the Lao Politburo and all who worship the Hammer and Sickle, who
keeps claiming otherwise.

Do you even know what a meritocracy is? A Hammer and Sickle country is
NOT a meritocracy! What you have described with your numbers here is a
strict Communist quota system, based simply on ethnic population
alone, having NOTHING to do with "a system of a government or other
organization wherein appointments are made and responsibilities
assigned to individuals based upon demonstrated talent and ability."

Looks like the Communist quota system works, fairly distributing just
the equal percentage! In a true meritocracy, you can even have 80% of
all Politburo members be ethnic Hmong...because they earned it! Will
that ever be allowed? Probably not, because that wouldn't be the LPRP
way!
When public information are challenged and found to be correct,
factual and irrefutable, there is silence.
And the Lao government only engage with people who with wild and
extremist claims because they themselves have equally wild and
extremist claims. Legitimate and factual information about the Lao PDR
will be ignored, and silence then has become their only tool.
Clearly, Yong have cornered himself in this thread, by his own false
logic.
And so the fact remains...the Lao PDR is clearly using "Hmong on
Hmong" politics, contrary even to their ideological principles (if you
can even call it that)...but these tactics are noting more than a
flash point for revealing their true colors as a Hammer and Sickle
flying nation that IS NOT ready to join the international community of
open and democratic societies.

I agree with you that we should forget about the creation of any
ethnic state in lao. The only concern is can lpdr the current absolute
power have the cilvil system in place and treat each ethnics group
equality to each other. Do all ethnics group have voice heard in the
control center? I mean the central government in control of the
country. Do ethnics group have the ability to make full decision and
take charge in their regional government in any afaire? As long as the
system fair for every one than all ethics should live in peace with
each other. Otherwise there will be no peace for ever untill some
thing happen.
Lao PDR is an Independent, Sovereign with Territorial Integrity and
the Laos is a multi-ethnic indivisible community. Lao PDR is a full
member of the United Nation, Non aligned movement, Francophonie and
ASEAN. Lao PDR has established diplomatic relations with 165 Nations
and has embassies, permanent diplomatic missions and consulate in over
40 countries.
The bad elements who are preaching for a Hmong State are dreaming and
can dream until their last breath and it will never happen.
Lao PDR is united and strong and all those who were trying to conduct
outlaw activities were dealt with in an appropriate manner or have
joined the Government development scheme. Those who are trying from
abroad will also be dealt with properly according to Lao Laws.
