Koldent-T from PHOUBIA or from vicinity of Long Cheng could neither
read nor write what we HAD BEEN SAID both in CONTEXT and in CONTENT. It
is save to assume that a new generation of HMONG,who claim themselve
as Lao or Lao Sung, will not have the ability to understand these Lao
technical termilogies,especially the word in BALI and SANSAKRIT. For
instance, there are few words for the meaning of "to die" in Lao
language such as
"TAI,SAVANNAKHOT,PARINIPANE,MORANAKAM,MORANAPAB,JEBHA,MUMHA,NONEGNAO,
PAI BAN KAO,HUNJAI BOR THUN,DOUANG DUB.e.t.c.. In my opinion, I do not
think that there are TOO MANY HMONGS whose could understand most of
these terms. Again, for instance the word"SAVANNAKHOT" could use only
for the king when he dies and the word"PARINNIPHANE'could use only for
Buddhist Hmong or buddhist god when they die. Well, please understand
that this is not DISCRIMINATION on the language issue. What do you
think BOY?
Being able to speak Lao, write Lao, and read Lao are one of our
COMMONALITIES of being Laoness or some thing biding us together. Any
thing less than this prerequisite, you are FOREIGNER.

You are applying TALABAN rules on anyone who cannot speak Lao
perfectly, and consider they are FOREIGNERS, target primarily Hmongs
eh! As far as I concern any person, inclinding Viet descendants who
were born in Laos, you also gonna consider them FOREIGNERS. What about
those Lao kids who cannot speak a word of Lao live around you in
ILLINOIS, would you consider that FOREIGNERS too?
Let me tell you this, anyone who is born that country reguardless of
their national orgins, he/she is the citizen that country PERIOD.
He/she is ENTITTLED to have the same justice, liberty, and freedom like
the majority. Is fair to say, YOU, cannot speak English fluently (I
know you are not, You use street language, not a proper English) like a
white man, you would have less previlege than him? Wake up, Mr.
Laodeng, this is 21st century, AIN'T 19th century, and you cannot issue
you own damn TALABAN DECREE. You are losing your mind, a PSYCHO, and

Young folk, it does not matter whenever we are living in 21st century
or in the the year 3021 or in 1826 and it does not matter whenever we
are living in high tech society or not we still eat with our mouth,

You are talking a stone-age era. People nowaday are doing business
globally, You, LAO DENG, wants to enforce TALABAN RULES in Laos. If
you wish, there are lots of cliffs in Laos, why not take your resident
to hide there instead of sitting your fat butt eating French fries and
