COLUMBUS, Ohio -- U.S. Marshals released a new edition of its most
wanted list Sunday, NBC 4's Mike Jackson reported.
No. 1 -- Bounkiem Thongsophaphone
Bounkiem Thongsophaphone
Bounkiem Thongsophaphone, 34, is wanted on suspicion of distributing
more than 5 kilograms of cocaine.
He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
He was born in Laos.

He has a tattoo on his right shoulder. He has outstanding immigration
warrants.
Thongsophaphone was spotted in Central Ohio in April at family wedding
Authorities in Portland, Maine said Thongsophaphone could still be in
Columbus.
No. 2 -- Keith Farley
Keith Farley
Keith Farley, 27, is wanted for a parole violation.
He was originally charged with felonious assault.
He is 6 feet tall and 220 pounds.
No. 3 -- Mark Tyson
Mark Tyson
Mark Tyson, 35, is wanted for a parole violation.
He was originally charged with burglary and assault.
He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.
No. 4 -- Terrance Millbrooks
Terrance Millbrooks
Terrance Millbrooks, 30, is wanted for a parole violation.
He was originally charged with burglary.
He is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 182 pounds.

That name can be Lao, Thai, or Isanese. I know quite a few Lao who own
Thai restaurants. People try to dissociate themselves from someone who
commits crimes or something embarassing to them and their community.
Those silly things can be committed by any member of any ethnic group.

As Souksanh pointed out Joe, having the immigration dept looking for you
with warrants doesn't mean anything with regards to refugee, non-refugee or
any other immigration status. It simply means you are not a full citizen and
your status is not secured.
Considering this fellas criminal activities, he could well have full
landed status (Green Card) but they will still hunt him down and either
deport him (not if he is from Laos, at least not yet but you can bet the US
is working on it) or jail him indefinitely.
