What happened to the Royal Lao leadership?

Royal Lao" leaders? 33 years passedby and they are still dreaming in
exile? Or are they happy with the current LPDR leadership? Or are they
running out of good leaders in their families? C'mon... our people are
dying down and where are you Royal people?
How about the other big shot like the Sananikone? Phaya Inpee Inpeang?
Doctor this and doctor that? Are they all dead?
Can someone help to shed the light why these Royal Lao leadership
never breath? I love to know...
