Following an Emiri decree issued on the evening of Tuesday 15 October 1996,
the cabinet of the Government of the State of Kuwait is now constituted as

Movement. He is new to the cabinet.

(MP, Udailiya, Surra, Jabriya)
Born in 1953, he is married & has 4 children. He has a Bachelor's
Degree in Commerce & was elected with 1,288 votes. He has been
Minister of SA&F since 1994. He was first elected to the National
Assembly in 1992.
