Ji-Young, has made a public apology to her fans after being featured
in a sex video which has been widely circulated on the Internet.
"I am so ashamed I want to die," Baek, 24, said at a tearful
press conference called after a week of tabloid speculation over the
video.
The singer said she called the brief press conference "to
protect other women who are unjustly treated like me." Baek said she
also wanted to find the people who had made the video.
She insisted she would carry on singing "as long as there is a
single fan that applauds me."
Baek has insisted that the sex scenes in the 40-minute video
were taken without her knowledge. Kim Si-Won, a music producer with
whom she was filmed, has alleged in a television interview that Baek
was aware of the camera and that they had watched the video
together.

Last week(?), the newspaper said she was coming back to Korea to start
acting again. She figured 2 years in "exile" was long enough.
Also, not the same as having a sex video released, but Jenny Lee (from
Nam-ja set Yeo-ja set) has decided to become a nude model, Her CDROM of

about this, in light of the video scandals. Lee is *choosing* to do this.

Very soon after the posts on this thread, someone sent me the video as a
file transfer. I now have it, and I have viewed it. It is 39+ minutes
long and approximately 68 megabytes of memory. Some of the scenes are
repetitive...I think whoever spliced it together stuck in the same scenes
a couple times in the end and beginning.
Anyway, if that was Baek Ji Young's manager, he is an ugly guy. Then
again, she isn't exactly a bombshell, either. And, she was definitely
aware that there was a camera taping the encounter in their room. The
first 10-15 minutes of the video are of her sitting on the bed in her
clothes chatting to the camera and smoking. Later, she even looks
directly at the camera a couple of times during the action. They move
around quite a bit, too, to make sure that the camera will get the
optimal shot. It was not really an exciting video, as basically you got
a view of the manager's butt for half of it. The other half, you got a
view of her butt, but she is kind of scrawny.
I don't feel sorry for her. Baek Ji Young is no angel in need of
sympathy.
