It's not SPAM , so there was no point in you reporting it - no ISP would
respond to your claim.

Read the post properly - the writer is not against the practice of eating
certain animals such as Dogs, Rabbits, and Cats.........., but he is
rightfully against cruelty towards animals.

I also have no problem with the Korean's choice of eating dog meat, but do
not approve of the cruelty involved with the caging, torture and slaughter
practices used.
