God,in His infinite mercy, is offering us the gift of "everlasting life"
in heaven-->TO EVERYONE--who would be willing to accept His offer by
sincere faith. The "everlasting life" is that state of existence which
is directly opposite of being eternally
separated from God.Sins committed by a person during his life time would
cause him
to suffer the later condition IF he chooses to reject this merciful
offer of God, which is being revealed through this
posting...Remember,God being the Source of your existence as well as the
sole Giver of your salvation nothing could be worst than being separated
from Him. Also, God being holy, perfect and pure,He cannot reconcile
Himself with sin. But the shocking truth is: EVERYONE has sinned and
"come short of the glory of
God."(Romans 3:23). Moreover,"the wages of sin is death".--Romans 6:23
(speaking of
: spiritual death). ..Such being the position of every man, who can then
be saved and what can a (sinful) man do to make himself acceptable to
the holy God ? ...Surely, no one would deny the fact that nothing is of
greater importance to a man than the matter of his own salvation. The
Bible says: "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole
world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for
his soul ?" (Mark 8:36-37). ..Indeed, everything that a man possesses
including his talents,
qualities, education and wealth would be of no value, whatsoever, when it
comes to paying an unpayably high price as the penalty for his
sins-->the very requisite for his salvation! ..Swayed by his pride(and
prejudice), a man may esteem his own pious deeds and virtues very
highly, but God Himself regards them no better than "dirty rags".
Isaiah 64:6 says : "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our
righteousnesses are as filthy rags".Indeed, if "salvation" were to be
achieved through the doing of "good deeds" then assuredly many a person
would be tempted to boast or brag about his own "pious performances" (or
"piety") ; but God,who knows the secrets of human hearts, would never
approve of 'a means of salvation', whereby exhibition of (human)
arrogance is likely to play a part in it, and particularly not, when the
sin of arrogance (or
boasting) is regarded by Him as one of the ugliest of all sins. As
opposed to Christianity, most religions of the world teach their
adherents to arrive at their goal of "salvation" (or some such
goal)through the "performance of deeds" (and various
other rituals) so that a person's success or failure on this matter is
left purely to the chance that his "good deeds" would outweigh his "bad
deeds"(sins).-Indeed, if such is the basis of achieving one's salvation,
then the follower of one such religion could never be sure at the end of
his life whether God has given him the "pass mark" on his
personal "Test of Salvation". ..But such is not the case with
Christianity : Here we have the assurance of our "salvation" through
the promise of God Himself (and His promise never fails !). Ephesians
2:8-9 says : "For by grace you have been saved through faith ; and that
not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so
that no one may boast."--"Salvation" is a "gift" given to us by God, and
being a gift, it is "free". And neither can anyone (that is, "anyone" of
another faith can) earn it. Why not? Because no amount of personal
effort would enable him to attain God's own acceptable-standard of
righteousness. In other words,no matter how good (or virtuous or pious)
are the works of a person, it will never reach anywhere near God's own
impeccable standard of righteousness BY WHICH he would be judged, and
NOT by the 'subjective
standard of goodness' conceived by the seeker of "salvation". Besides,
from God's own viewpoint, "All have sinned and come short of the glory
of God" (Romans 3:23). In
other words, man is sinful by very nature and therefore, no amount of
"good deeds" on his part would ever be able to remove his sins. This
means, when left to himself, man is utterly incapable of reconciling
himself with the holy God. Since, God is the ONLY
Provider of salvation, man "by himself" cannot do anything to save
himself from spiritual death.----All these points are brought to your
attention so that you may realize, how difficult and serious is your
position--> you who belong to another religion or no religion-- as far
as YOUR very "salvation" is concerned. But God, being
thoughtful, kind and considerate does not wish that anyone should perish
because of his sins, has offered an unparalled opportunity, so that YOU,
dear reader, could be saved ! -->Please read below to find out how:-

GOD'S PLAN OF REDEMPTION :

God in His infinite mercy has provided us the REAL means of saving our
souls:--Knowing
that no man would be able to attain a state of righteousness, which
could be acceptable to a holy, perfect Being, as God is, He deemed it
necessary to offer His only begotten Son, Jesus, as an
all-perfect,sinless, sacrificial "Lamb of God" to die on the cross, on
our behalf, so as to pay, through this substitutionary means of
atonement, the full penalty for the sin-debts of every man, woman and
child..In other words, through His(Christ's) death and through the
shedding of His blood on the cross,Jesus took upon
himself your sins and my sins, so that by virtue of our acceptance of
these facts, by sincere faith and by believing and receiving Him as our
personal Saviour and Lord, we are forgiven of all our sins (past,
present and future) and are thus ensured of "eternal life":-->Only in
this way we may stand,"positionally",as righteous persons in the sight
of God. Remember: every "believer"(in Christ) is covered by the very
righteousness of Jesus Christ and consequently, every person in Christ
is reconciled to God through
him, as 2 Corinthians 5:21 says: "For he hath made him to be sin for us,
who knew no sin ; that we might be made the righteousness of God in
him". Romans 6:23 says : " For the wages of sin is death ; but the gift
of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". No sooner you
accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you become a child of God,
a member of the family of God. John 1:12 tells us : "As many as
received Him (Christ), to them gave He power to become the sons of God,
even to them that believe on His name". It is also worthwhile to know
why Jesus had to shed His blood for you and me while He died on the
cross : The Bible says : "Without the shedding of blood there is
no forgiveness of sins". (Hebrews 9:22). 1John1:7 also says :"The blood
of Jesus Christ
His Son cleanseth us from all sin". No, no one can afford to reject or
ignore this
enormous act of mercy, which God has so gratuitously provided for EACH
of us. ..THINK OF IT : God offers YOU "eternal life" as a "free
gift"--without your needing to perform innumerable pious and meritorious
deeds, but solely through the repenting of your sins
and accepting Jesus Christ as your Saviour and Lord by faith. ONLY
through this way God will forgive you of ALL your sins-->past, present
and future. This means, your way to heaven has already been paid for by
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Himself, if you would ONLY BELIEVE IN HIM!
But let me say this with all soberness: FOR YOUR ULTIMATE GOOD, PLEASE
DO NOT REJECT THIS MERCIFUL OFFER OF GOD. YOUR ETERNAL DESTINY DEPENDS
ON THIS !!
The Bible says "There is no other name under heaven that has been given
among men, by
which we must be saved."(Acts 4:12). Even Death could not defeat Jesus;
He conquered death because God, the Father, raised Him (Jesus) from the
dead on the third day ( Luke 24:34). It is written :
If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9).
Lord Jesus Christ Himself offers us this assurance when He says :
"Whoever believes in the Son (Jesus) has eternal life". (John 3:36).
Also John 5:24 says:"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my
word, and believeth on Him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and
shall not
come into condemnation ; but is passed from death unto life". There is
no other way to save yourself but the one offered by God through His Son
Jesus Christ, Who says : "I am the way, the truth and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father (God), but by
Me". (John 14:6). THIS IS GOD'S PROMISE TO YOU :-- "For God so loved the
world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN
HIM (Christ) should not perish, but HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE" (John 3:16).
PLEASE MAKE GOOD OF THE ABOVE PROMISE OF GOD HERE AND NOW : ALL YOU
NEED TO DO IS TO PRAY the following prayer with due sincerity:--

Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner, I genuinely repent of my sins
and ask for your forgiveness. And Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that you
died on the cross for my sin. I now respond to your call to follow you.
I receive you as my Lord and Saviour, and make a
commitment of my life to you. With your help I choose to serve and obey
you. Please make me the person you want me to be. Thank you for dying
for my sin, for your free pardon, for your gift of eternal life, and for
hearing and answering my prayer. Amen.

God bless you!
