RABBI GRILLS WEEPING DAUGHTER AT HIS SEX TRIAL

A Hasidic rabbi who is representing himself on charges he repeatedly
molested his daughter when she was a child angrily cross-examined the young
woman yesterday.
The alleged victim, now 27, could barely look at Israel Weingarten, 59, when
he began grilling her in Brooklyn federal court. She burst into tears and
kept her head down.
But she regained her composure and lashed out when he asked why she never
told the family cleaning lady - a close friend - about the alleged abuse.
"My feeling from your molesting me was the utmost fear of blackmail and
torture," she said.
"Because you hit me when I told my mother [about the abuse]. Why would I
continue to reveal that? Didn't I get hit enough?"
Earlier in the day, the daughter told the court that her father began
molesting her at age 9 and continued to abuse her until she was 16.
She said she was even abused during a trip to Brooklyn when Weingarten's
father was on his deathbed.
"My father abused me that very night," she sobbed.
"I asked him, how could he have the heart to do that when his father is
passing?"
Her father - a member of the Satmar community in Monsey, Rockland County -
interrogated her about a brief affair she had with a married neighbor when
she was a teen.
She said she was happy that "I finally got to be with another guy besides my
father."
Weingarten flew off the handle at one point during the tense questioning,
when his daughter said she didn't understand what he was asking her.
When the dad snapped, "I'm not trying to fight you," Judge John Gleason
sternly warned him not to talk that way to the witness.
"You have [already] created a fairly untenable and horrific situation by
your deciding to represent yourself," Gleason said.

If it helps a sick perverted Jew such as you, using 32 fake names

18 months for man in child porn operation

OAKLAND -- A Walnut Creek man accused of being a major
distributor in a child pornography ring based in Russia was
sentenced Friday to 18 months in a federal prison.
Seth Bekenstein, 40, pleaded guilty last year to possessing and
trafficking in child pornography after U.S. Customs agents found
thousands of computer images and approximately 100 videotapes in
his Treat Boulevard apartment depicting children having sex.
U.S. District Court Judge D. Lowell Jensen sentenced Bekenstein
to serve two concurrent 18-month sentences and pay a $20,000
fine. Bekenstein could have received a prison sentence three
times that length.
Bekenstein was arrested Jan. 4, 2001, after an investigation of a
Web site operated by Russians in Moscow led authorities to Walnut
Creek. Under police questioning, one Russian suspect said
Bekenstein was their "best customer" because he had bought every
videotape title they sold, court records showed.
A federal prosecutor said Bekenstein was a major distributor of
child porn in the United States and overseas.

ALBANY, N.Y. - A former computer programmer for the state Health Department
gets almost five years in federal prison after admitting he used state and
personal computers to search the Internet for images of minors having sex.
According to federal prosecutors, Andrew Swartz, 38, of Clifton Park, has
been sentenced to 58 months in prison and 10 years of supervised release. He
has also been ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors and is
required to register as a sex offender.
Swartz pleaded guilty in March to possessing child pornography, admitting
that more than 1,000 images depicting prepubescent minors having sex were
recovered from two computers at his home.

posted, what is this sick Jew with 32 fake names blabbering about?
As I said, these things do happen everywhere but seem to be much more
prevalent with Jews. I was especially disgusted with the molesting
Rabbi abusing his own daughter in court. Can anyone provide a case
where a non-Jew did something like that?
Anything on that or is that a "jewish" thing?

Given no one has been able to provide the information you seek, I would
suggest it's a jew thing.
