In the State of New York, the Holocaust is big business. So big, in fact,
that there is an entire State Office devoted to helping alleged survivors
recover monetary restitution and "looted art." Even if the claimant is
out-of-state, or out-of-country, NYS taxpayers still pay up anyway.
