Inside the beams are garbage and foam.
What happens next is the official reply --- Henan Road bridge safe,
despite looks --- as published in the Shanghai Daily newpaper

If the last showing of the flag is truly the Hong Kong flag, the
symbol of England must be cut out completely. This is degrading to

All involved in the construction and those received money and payment
must be sent to prison and probably should be executed, including
government officials.
