Could some one translate the name of a restuarant for me?

Can someone give me the transliteration, and the meaning of:

手打そば 十和田

Which is (I believe) the name of a Soba Noodle shop that I ate in, in
Tokyo.

It says "Teuchi Soba Towada".
"Towada" is the name of the shop, and "Teuchi soba" means "hand-made soba".

Thank you both for the reply, it's good to know there are some sane ones
in this newsgroup!

We, non-Japanese speakers, spent a bit over three weeks in Japan three
years ago. We saw a man rolling out the noddles in this place and
popped in for lunch. It was great, long communal tables, and lots of
friendly people. It is a block or so from Sensoji Temple in Asakusa.
I've marked it's approximate location on wikimapia.org, but the sketch
map on their business card shows fewer streets than there are on the
ground, so I had to guess. It is a little Southeast of the temple
entrance (not the big gate with the lantern, but the compound itself).
